الغرفة كانت واسعة وشرحة، وهذا الشيء عجبني جدًا

للأسف تجربتي مع البوفيه كانت جدًا سيئة من ناحية التعامل. أنا كنت حاجزة من قبل، ومع ذلك لما وصلت صار في كثرة أسئلة واستفسارات بخصوص عدد الأفراد، بطريقة حسيت معها إن الموضوع صار فيه تشكيك أكثر من اللازم.

واللي ضايقني أكثر إن والدتي كانت معي، وهي كبيرة في السن، وكنت أتمنى يكون التعامل معها ومعنا بشكل أرقى وأحترم، لكن للأسف الأسلوب كان غير لائق وما فيه مراعاة لكبار السن.

أنا أتفهم إن من حقكم التأكد من عدد الأشخاص والحجز، لكن طريقة التعامل تفرق كثير. مهما كان السبب، الاحترام وحسن التعامل مع الزبون، خصوصًا مع شخص كبير في السن، شيء أساسي.

للأسف اللي صار خلاني أطلع بانطباع سيئ جدًا، مع إنني كنت حاجزة وجاية وأنا متوقعة تجربة أفضل. أتمنى من الإدارة مراجعة أسلوب التعامل مع الزبائن، لأن المكان والخدمة مهما كانت جيدة، التعامل السيئ ممكن يخلي الشخص ما يفكر يرجع مرة ثانية
