Gorgeous stay, minor sleep gripes. Still a 9/10
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel with everything you could wish for. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, the wifi is fast and reliable, and the gym is well-equipped. The spa is lovely and a great place to unwind after a long day. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and the breakfast is outstanding, with plenty of variety to start the day right. The on-site restaurant is also very good, serving delicious meals in a pleasant setting.

We even tried the AMA Escape Room during our stay. It's not a traditional escape room, but it was a fun and memorable experience nonetheless. All in all, a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily return.

Cons:

That said, there were a couple of things that didn't quite live up to the rest. The room had no air conditioning, and it got quite hot. Even following the hotel's suggestions, we weren't able to keep it cool enough to sleep comfortably.

And while so much thought clearly went into every detail of the hotel, the bed was a bit of a disappointment. It wasn't level - slightly higher in the middle - so we both kept rolling toward the edges. The mattresses were also far too soft for our taste. I realise firmness is subjective, but I'm not convinced it's ever a good idea for a hotel to pick something at the very end of the spectrum. Between the temperature and the mattress, our sleep suffered, and at the end of the day, a good night's sleep is what you book a hotel for.

So that side of things was a letdown. Luckily, everything else more than made up for it, and for us it was still a solid 9/10.

Pros:

Super schönes Wellnesshotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal an der Reseption sowie im Restaurant. Der Infinitipool mit den vielen, vielen schönen Ruheecken ist ein Highlight des Hotels.

Отличный, новый отель с очень внимательным персоналом. Людей в отеле было не много и мы с женой несколько часов были единственным посетители Spa зоны, которая к стати, весьма не плохая. Завтрак был очень вкусным. Постель была удобной, паркинг простым и понятным. Все супер.

Cons:

Жена нашла волос на кровати, больше замечаний никаких. Выбирайте не самую быструю дорогу до места, а самую широкую. Мы поехали по очень узкой, с большими уклонами и плохим покрытием. Было не комфортно.
