Conforto, atendimento gentil e atencioso, café da manhã maravilhoso, farto e bem atendido. Ganhamos de cortesia os drinks do happy hour, o que considerei um belo agrado.

Cons:

Fica cerca de 15 minutos de carro do centro histórico de Ostuni. No Waze consta outra cidade. Esperava que fosse mais perto. Mesmo assim, recomendo.

Geen top ontbijt, sommige personeelsleden waren vriendelijk, anderen lieten duidelijk zien dat ze er niet graag werkten. Nachtrust is zeer beperkt want elke avond was er wel een privéfeest tot in de vroege uurtjes vlakbij de kamers waardoor slapen moeilijk was. Ook geen verduisterende gordijnen waardoor er al vroeg veel licht in de kamer was

La vista dalla nostra finestra che come ci hanno spiegato è in fase di ristrutturazione . Eviterei la prox volta una camera raggiungibile con scale ( ascensore arrivava a metà strada)

Super fijn verblijf waar alles enorm schoon is, het zwembad elke dag gecheckt wordt op schoon water en er een ruim ontbijt buffet geserveerd wordt. Wat wij niet zagen van de foto’s maar wel aanwezig waren, waren parasols bij de bedden aan het zwembad. Super fijn! Persoon was ook enorm aardig en meedenkend. Enigste feedback puntje is dat er geen licht was op het balkon. Dit maakte een spelletje spelen in de avond iets lastiger, maar mocht de pret zeker niet bederven, vandaar ook feedback puntje maar zeker geen nadeel!

La colazione è qualcosa di eccezionale, si trova di tutto ed è freschissimo. Giusto un po’ di lentezza per portare i caffè o il cappuccino. Bella piscina

Forse un po’ distante sia dal centro del paese ma soprattutto dal mare ( circa 30 minuti). La nostra stanza anche se era una tripla superior aveva un micro balcone dove non entrava neanche una sedia. A causa di un guasto al condizionatore, si è bagnato tutto il pavimento della stanza , era notte , abbiamo messo un cestino sotto e il giorno dopo ci è stato subito risolto il problema, anche se abbiamo rischiato di buttare il cellulare di mio figlio che si trovava attaccato alla presa proprio sotto la perdita. Ci spettava un welcome drink e lo abbiamo preso solo l’ultima sera (2 prosecchi tot 4€). Mi era stato messo in conto quindi l’ho fatto notare, in maniera molto carina. Il receptionist mi ha fatto notare che era strano che un welcome drink fosse stato preso l’ultima sera. Vero, ma se non avevamo avuto il tempo nei giorni precedenti? Non si può far passare un cliente che spende quasi 300€ a notte per un furbetto che vuole risparmiare 4€, oltretutto avevamo subìto anche il disagio della perdita, ci sono rimasta davvero male… una grande caduta di stile davvero evitabile.

Cons:

Struttura PESSIMA.
Cena INDECENTE, peggio di una mensa di basso livello.
I prezzi dei singoli piatti non sono segnalati sul menu ma vengono addebitati direttamente sul conto della stanza senza conoscerne l’importo.
In disparte l’aspetto economico, i piatti sono mal eseguiti e con ingredienti di qualità mediocre.
Idem la colazione, torte vecchie e cornetti immangiabili.
Inoltre impossibile fare la colazione nell’area esterna perché piena di api e insetti che si poggiano sul cibo.
Totale assenza di disinfestazione nella zona della piscina, letteralmente infestata da calabroni (anche in acqua).
Abbiamo scelto di lasciare la struttura prima del termine del nostro soggiorno.
Al check out nessuno del personale si è preoccupato di chiederci cosa fosse andato storto.
Viene da chiedersi come abbiano acquisito le 4 stelle.
Ps: L’unica cosa che si salva è l’estetica delle stanze
