Bien mais on peu beaucoup mieux

Belle chambre, personnel de réception et au petit déjeuner impeccable et le petit déjeuner était absolument parfait.

Cons:

Les sanitaires ne fonctionnaient pas bien, les écoulements pas du tout dans le bidet. Avons demandé un dépannage , le concierge était un incapable venant sans outils et vite satisfait d’une réparation qui n’en était pas une. Autre problème, avons réservé une place dans le parking de l’hôtel et lors de arrivée on nous a dit qu’il était plein. L’hôtel a organisé un parking externe à l’hôtel, une personne est venue réceptionner la voiture, et par conséquent nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser pendant 3 jours, pas pu aller y prendre des effets personnels à l’intérieur qui auraient pu nous rendre service et finalement la voiture nous a été rendue sale à l’extérieur, probablement qu’elle était sous un arbre. Un peu léger pour un 4 étoiles.

Great room. Good size. Nice balcony view. Nice and clean. Very nice staff. Great location. For the price really a cut above anywhere else we have stayed in italy so far.
