È stato molto rilassante
Pros:

Colazione classica e abbondante, il caffè e cappuccino da macchinetta non era il massimo. Posizione eccellente.

Pros:

Café da manhã fantástico. Quartos amplos e banheiros bem limpos! Localização nota 10. Próximo ao SITA bus station. E a poucos metros da corso Itália. Recomendo de olhos fechados.

The only person who smiled and seemed to be happy to have us, just like at our last stay, was the housekeeping attendant

Cons:

The staff needs to learn how to smile and make you feel welcomed. But again it’s not just here in this hotel it’s seems to be this way everywhere we encountered in Italy. Very little smiles, sharp answers to questions you may have to include taxis drivers, bus drivers, stores, restaurants etc. Customer service treatment lacks big time.

Pros:

Siamo stati accolti molto bene. Il concierge, oltre all’italiano, parlava anche inglese e spagnolo, facilitando molto la comunicazione. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile.
La camera era grande, molto più spaziosa rispetto alla maggior parte delle camere in Italia, molto pulita, con una doccia ottima e un’aria condizionata eccellente.
La colazione, semplicemente senza parole: perfetta e completa. La vicinanza al centro storico e alla stazione ferroviaria rende questo hotel in una posizione perfetta.
Lo consiglio vivamente.

Jó szálloda csodálatos helyen, de erősen túlárazva.
Pros:

A reggeli bőséges volt.
A szállas jó helyen volt, minden könnyen elérhető, a központtól gyalog 5 percre.
A takarítás kiváló, minden nap tiszta ágynemű várt.
A tetőn a medence és a kilátás csodálatos.

Cons:

Egy konnektor van a szobában.
A klíma nagyon hangos.
Az ágyon két matrac volt összetolva középen hézaggal.
A tetőn a vacsora nagyon túlárazott volt, és nem volt jó.

Great location, lovely rooftop pool with amazing views and a good breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent near the town and train station. Nice pool on the roof with an amazing view of Mount Vesuvius. Staff were good downstairs and very good house keeping. The breakfast had a good variety.

Cons:

The pool only open between 9 and 6. Shame you could only go on the roof on only one of the nights. The mini fridge in the room could do with being a bit cooler. For the breakfast, no oat milk. Couldn’t see any gluten free options, which could have made it better.

צוות בית המלון, מקום בית המלון, נקיון החדר.

בהתכתבות עם בית המלון נמסר כי החניה בעלות של 30 יורו ליום והדגשתי שאנחנו עם רכב גדול של 9 נוסעים ושהגענו חויבנו ב 50 יורו ליום בטענה שמדובר ברכב גדול! בנוסף והכי חשוב מהכל , כל ההזמנה הייתה מול hotiday rooms אולם הקבלה ובית המלון הוא של grand hotel cesar Augusto , ואז כל התכתבות לכאורה לא מחייבת אותם ואינם צד לה. אפילו שהגעתי לקבלה אמרו לי שיש לי הזמנה של חדר אחד למרות שהזמנתי שני חדרים ובית המלון היה בתפוסה מלאה והיה מצב לא נעים מול צוות הקבלה עד שהמנהל הואיל בטובו והתקשר לחברת הוטידי ולקח יותר משעה עד שהעניין הוסדר בין הקבלה בבית המלון לבין חברת hotiday room . חבל שהטיול התחיל בצורה הזו אבל כל השאר הלך מצוין.

Pros:

Clean and fresh hotel with an accessible location, just 10 minutes’ walk to a big supermarket. It has a pool and garden. Rooms are a bit small but equipped with balconies. Staff are very friendly. Despite the relatively high price, the whole experience was satisfying.
