Lovely central hotel with everything you need and wonderful helpful staff.
Pros:

Perfect location. Beautiful spacious rooms, stunning gardens, fabulous rooftop pool, plenty of comfortable places to relax.

Pros:

Clean and fresh hotel with an accessible location, just 10 minutes’ walk to a big supermarket. It has a pool and garden. Rooms are a bit small but equipped with balconies. Staff are very friendly. Despite the relatively high price, the whole experience was satisfying.

Great hotel, not far from centre of Sorrento, however on a busy road
Pros:

Hotel staff were very friendly, clean hotel, near train/bus station great if travelling from airport. Buffet breakfast was very good. Rooftop pool small but had great views. Would recommend.

Cons:

Road at the front of the hotel was very busy and noisy.

Отличный отель, просторный чисты все рядом, хороший персонал , вкусные завтраки все как надо. Рекомендую ресторан рядом с отелем очень вкусная еда.

Pros:

El Personal es excepcional, muy atento y educado. Dispuesto a ayudarte con cualquier inquietud.
La habitación es muy amplia.
Linda pileta en la terraza con vista hermosa. Desayuno híper completo.

Cons:

No había enchufes en la habitación, en el único disponible había un prolongador con una “zapatilla” de enchufes porque evidentemente faltan, el televisor no sé si llega a 20” y el baño tiene parches de azulejos. La vendría bien una renovación.

Hermosa estadía en Sorrento volvería sin dudas!
Pros:

Es un excelente hotel, la ubicación es bárbara para caminar, cerca del centro comercial y del ascensor para bajar a la playa. El personal muy amable siempre!

Posizione, disponibilità e grandezza stanza

Cons:

Pulizia non perfetta, struttura un po' decadente (piatto doccia molto vecchio e rovinato), insonorizzazione pessima ( dal bagno si sentiva tutto dell'altra stanza anche se le persone parlavano normalmente o usavano il bagno)
