Pros:

Proche de 2 lignes de metro pour accéder au centre ville de Madrid. (5arrêts)

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation (les portes des logements voisins qui claquent dans le couloir). Vue sur habitations et la cour des particuliers.

Allocation of suite disappointing, with no alternative.

Close proximity to local transport options.

Cons:

Room was not as expected in that there was no mention that we could be in the basement with no windows for an outside view or light. Bathroom very confined and not in keeping with the other facilities. Coffee machine had to be exchanged: obviously not checked to be in good working order. Access to basement. Safety hazard as stairs were not accessible in event of not being able to use elevator.

Near Ventas Bullring
Pros:

I had a great stay! The apartment was spotless and well-equipped with a large outdoor space. The receptionists were very welcoming. It's a peaceful and secure neighborhood, just a short walk to Ventas Bullring for tour meet-ups. Also, adding a washing machine would make it perfect for travelers.

Cons:

The shower needs a screen/door because water flows onto the floor easily.
