Pros:

La atención súper bien, muy amables, las piezas muy lindas y ordenadas…

Cons:

Estaba todo bien, solo hubiera agregado un calefactor, porque la noche estaba muy fría, lo demás todo excelente.

Très bon hôtel pour notre séjour à Cusco
Pros:

Un hôtel basique, dont le personnel est ultra accueillant, Optisoins avec vous. La localisation n'est pas loin du centre de Cusco, tout se fait à pied avec facilité. Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne composition.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

- ruhige Lage, aber dennoch fußläufig zum Plaza de Armas
- geräumiges Zimmer
- einfaches aber gutes Frühstück
- Café im Hinterhof

Cons:

- Rezeption war nicht die ganze Zeit besetzt (wir wollten am Nachmittag unseren Zimmerschlüssel abholen und niemand war da)
- sehr hellhörig

Céntrico e ideal para unos días.
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal, fue muy amable y atento, tuve un problema con el colchón y me lo solucionaron sin problema y rápido.

Cons:

El desayuno para escapar está bien, pero sirven el pan duro y frío, bastante básico.
No suelen abrir las ventanas al limpiar para ventilar la habitación y huele a humedad
No tenia enchufes el baño que nos tocó

Personal muy amable. Te ofrecen la posibilidad de guardarte el equipaje el día del Check out y de facilitarte el desayuno para llevar si por tema de horas de la excursión no estás en el alojamiento a la hora del mismo.

Cons:

Hacía muchísimo frío en la habitación, a pesar de que nos facilitaron mantas y un mini calefactor.
Esto hizo que la estancia fuera un poco desagradable.

A good comfy base for staying in Cusco and exploring the area
Pros:

It was easy walking distance to the main historic area but also far away enough to have some quiet. There was a good variety of breakfast every day and the staff were very kind, even helped me when I fainted from the altitude sickness!

Cons:

Our room was always quiet cold, because the bathroom window by the shower couldn’t be fully closed (it was a shutter style) - but we did have a lot of blankets on the bed still

Hotel de minha preferência
Pros:

Atendinento pessoal. Funcionários totalmente comprometidos para atender os hóspedes. Em particular a sra Milagros..sra Alisson e outra que esqueci o nome. Mas todos me receberam e me atenderam muito bem.
Instalações ótimas..limpeza e conforto ótimo.
Localização ótima e lugar tranquilo.
