The room was a good size and it was clean, they let us check in early which was helpful. Pretty good value for money and staff were friendly.
The breakfast was pretty terrible - despite the fact that it’s also a cafe open to the public, as a hotel guest you don’t even get real coffee with breakfast (e.g. no cappuccino/machine coffee) which just felt like a really cheapskate move. We ended up trying all of the breakfast options and they were all equally bad - my scrambled eggs came with shell in them one morning and the pancakes were so dense and dry I couldn’t eat them, which is annoying when you can see outside guests being served real, decent looking food. The tables were also always dirty.

Pretty good place to stay, we enjoyed it even though it got really cold really quickly, but thankfully the sheets and the blankets are provided so we were cozy. From our 4 days we got 3 breakfast packages which was a nice touch to have a basic sandwich with banana and a juice to go. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly so big up to them.
Our room took a really long time to heat up water, whether it was the sink or the shower, so that was a bit of an inconvenience, but in the end there was always some hot water. We also had quite a bit of ants in the bathroom around the sink area and the shower, but that’s not that big of a deal. The most disappointing for us was the actual one time we could have breakfast where we waited nearly 40 minutes for them to bring us a mini pancake and mini scrambled eggs. The portions were really small even for my Gf, gladly they brought some pastries so we ate that as well. Had to ask twice for our fruit bowl and an included juice of your choice, which I didn’t receive at all.

Lokalizacja całkiem niezła, okolo 15 mint spacerkiem.do centrum. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, szczególnie Alisson była bardzo zaangażowana aby nasz pobyt był udany. Skorzystaliśmy z wycieczki do Machu Picchu organizowanej z hotelu i było to naprawdę dobrze przygotowane. Pokój codziennie sprzątany.
Luksusów nie.ma.ale do przespania kilku nocy jest ok. Nocami zimno ale w recepcji udostępniają grzejniki.
El recepcionista de la noche fue muy amable. Nos abrió y dejó que nos quedáramos dentro aunque llegamos muy pronto por la mañana.
También nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora del check in teniendo en cuenta que llegábamos muy cansadas de un viaje en autobús nocturno.
El hotel sirve buen desayuno y el personal es muy amable.

Adoramos o hotel. Tem uma cafeteria no térreo bem gostosa, com excelentes empanadas e um ótimo preço. O café da manhã é simples, mas bom para o preço. Fizeram box para passeios que saem na madrugada, e também ficaram com nossas malas quando fomos para Águas Calientes. Destaco a funcionária Ruth que é uma querida, super simpática! Achamos o quarto confortável, e o banheiro muito bom também. Pegamos um frio de -3 em Cusco, mas o quarto tem várias cobertas na cama para ajudar neste processo, e emprestam aquecedor caso seja necessário. A localização é ótima, próximo ao centro histórico em poucos minutos de caminhada (5 a 10min). Tem um mercadinho ao lado.

La habitación en tercer nivel por escaleras. Nos costó un poco el primer día .. no solo por la altura de Cuzco sino por nuestra edad.
