Good for the purpose of the trip
Pros:

Reasonably new property which was nice, close to motorways for ease of travel.

Cons:

Location wasn’t the greatest but wasn’t the end of the world. Did find it strange housekeeping was only done every 3 days so we didn’t get any housekeeping for the time we were there(3nights) which meant rubbish wasn’t emptied etc and if I hadn’t of asked for new towels would’ve not got them(when asked got them straight away which was great)

Pros:

Staff were absolutely amazing, room was very large and nicely designed. Loved the size of the shower and the deep bath tub!. We had dinner at the tiger restaurant and bar downstairs and was perfect! Food was perfect! Staff were perfect and so accommodating. Our stay at SOHO was definitely one of our favourite and we are very fussy with hotels.

Cons:

The only thing that bothered us was the amount of stains on the mat near the bed and also on the couch. Otherwise everything else about our stay was superb.

The cost of continental breakfast was a little high, I didn't have it the 2nd morning of my stay.

Comfortable, convenient, helpful and that view of the sunrise over the city can’t be beaten x
Pros:

Location was perfect for us. The staff were extremely helpful with a couple of issues we had.

Cons:

We had multiple little things but can I just say the staff were really helpful in getting things sorted.
We had a leak in our bathroom and were upgraded within 15 mins
Key cards timed out before check out but were corrected.
Carpark not opening at night (no clear place to swipe access card)

One small thing I’d recommend is some kind of light to illuminate the numbers in the lift. They’re very hard to see.
