Ok
Cons:

The blinds are rubbish and a bright light out side was so annoying all night room 212 not good also you have a Nespresso machine but no milk frother

Definitely not a 5 star, go elsewhere if you want the quality you are paying for
Cons:

Room noisey, no sound proofing from windows, blinds don't cover Window and no curtains so light comes through, loud noise every half hour from something starting up in ceiling which advised earlier in the stay but went all night

Beautiful hotel, I was gobsmacked as soon as I arrived. So close to soooo many takeaways the restaurants itself is AMAZING!! Will definitely be coming back.

Perfect location, service & vibe. Restaurant & coffee shop were great !
Pros:

The staff were so lovely-the best I’ve ever experienced-having friendly, kind & clever staff makes such a difference during a hotel stay
Everything was perfect
I added another night to my stay & was able to book and confirm on bookings.com from the comfort of my bed, (after calling to confirm my room would be available)

Decent and affordable stay
Pros:

Wonderful staff, comfortable bed, convenient tv casting, spacious room and bathroom, good shower pressure. There were coffee pods and milk, etc. (I didn't use them so don't know if they're free, but I assume they are).

Cons:

Room (and corridor, etc.) seemed slightly run down. Lacked soft lighting (the down lights are extremely bright). Shower was open, but resulted in quite a wet bathroom and floor as a result.

Supposed to be a peaceful stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Bathroom fan was too loud, bathroom mirror light stopped working, rubbish truck came early in the morning 7:30 both Friday and Saturday while we still sleeping we are on the second floor and it woke us up!

Nice and modern looking, but not good for a restful sleep
Pros:

Modern, clean, nice decor.

Cons:

So loud, unable to get a good nights sleep. Not just other guests as it was a weekend (loud music, shouting, stomping), but the room itself was poorly insulated. Huge gap under the door. Constant loud plumbing sounds from upstairs. Probably fine for after night out drinking, but avoid if staying for business.
