The hotel owner is a reliable gentleman. He saves my days in Puerto Williams that I originally stay in a airbnb accommodation with terrible experience by the host. Mr drives me to his hotel at 10:00pm!!!!!! He gave me a warm welcome and introduction of his hotel facilities and the suite room I stayed. He was also generous, meals are provided 24 hours and eat without limitation! This give me a sense of security. Room is big, well equipped and modern while with good taste in details. It is valuable that in this remote town can have such high level of luxury!! The hotel also reflect the owner good taste that there is a book shelf full of books I like, maps and bird pictures are all around in the hotel! I can’t find souvenirs in town but there is one souvenir shelf here and I get several from here as presents. Staff are nice here! Airport transfer service is well organized. I will highly recommend this hotel to all that you need to worry nothing and just enjoy the time in Puerto Williams!!

La cama y la habitación es muy cómoda, está bien ubicado pero carece de vistas. Los espacios comunes son cómodos y hay una mesa de servicio con cafe, te y agua todo el tiempo. El personal está atento via what app a cualquier requerimiento.
Me aloje tres noches y ningún día me hicieron el cuarto ni se ofrecieron a hacerlo pese a estar toda la mañana en el espacio común del hotel trabajando.
Le falta un toque acogedor al hotel, termina siendo muy frio y distante el trato que que se recibe del personal. En un pueblo tan chico y con tanta identidad uno espera un trato un poco mas cálido.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Büffet und Kaffeemaschine standen rund um die Uhr gratis zur Verfügung. Das ist außergewöhnlich. Sehr großzügig! Und der Besitzer und sein Team gaben mir das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein.

Ez nem hotel minőség, egy kis lyukban voltunk elhelyezve, nem volt ablaka, alig volt hely, az emeletes ágyakhoz nem volt létra. Az ára sokkal magasabb, mint a minőség, amit kínál. A tőle 50 méterre lévő hostel sokkal jobban megéri.
