We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the swimming pool and spa immensely and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

Très beau séjour
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable et professionnel. On nous a gardé les bagages toute la journée car nous prenions le bateau le soir à 23:30. Nous avons pu revenir nous poser à la réception et prendre une boisson sans frais. C’était très appréciable. Merci.
Chambre très spacieuse, propre, moderne avec tout confort pour se cuisiner qqch en cas d’envie. Très bon petit-déjeuner avec une belle vue sur Tromso et ses monts enneigés. Accès gratuit au spa (entrée comprise dans notre. Bref, séjour très agréable.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol est qu’on ait (très légèrement) excentré. Il faut compter une 10-15 minutes pour accéder au port et à la rue principale de Tromso. Cela ne nous a pas trop gênés dans le mesure où nous étions au courant au moment de la réservation.

Confortevole e piacevole, da ritornarci sicuramente

Colazione ricca sia dolce che salato. Spa con piscina molto grande, staff molto gentile e accomodante per ogni necessità.

Cons:

Ho notato due piccolie pecche : la prima è che si è guastata lal macchina del caffè e cappuccino a colazione e non è stata riparata per l'intero pernottamento (4gg), la seconda è la camera da letto molto stretta mentre il soggiorno living ed il bagno erano molto grandi e spaziosi.

Bella la piscina e la Spa, ma ingiustificato il costo anche per i servizi scarsi e la pulizia delle camere non adeguata.
Pros:

Il costo, alto rispetto alla diretta concorrenza, dovrebbe implicare ottimi servizi e perfetta pulizia e manutenzione. Cosi non è.

Cons:

Camere quotidianamente poco riordinate e pochissimo pulite. Scarsa la scelta in genere per la colazione. Ogni cosa che finisce non viene rifornita di nuovo e bisogna chiedere continuamente (dalle mele ai croissant).
In 2 riprese abbiamo coperto un arco di 8 giorni al St. Elisabeth: la macchina del caffe’ a colazione non è mai stata riparata !!

Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et serviable.
Magnifique espace spa.
Suite spacieuse parfaitement équipée ( excepté un manque de lampes sur les tables de nuit et rideaux à toutes les fenêtres dans le salon mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé).
Excellent petit déjeuner.

Very cosy, very easy to access the city centre, great breakfast, enjoyed the spa very much!

Cons:

Unfortunately the sauna wasn’t working while we were there, which is a little bit regrettable when staying at a spa in Norway… the rest of the spa was fantastic though!
