Pros:

De spa en zeker het zwembad

Cons:

De ligging en dat er geen restaurant was, niettegenstaande in de brochure vermeld was dat er een restaurant was in het hotel. Het ontbijt was zeer beperkt in vergelijking met andere hotels waar we vooraf op onze reis zijn verbleven (Thon Hotel- Quality hotel, Radisson Blu,...)n. Zeer duur om de auto te parkeren in of bij het hotel. We hadden het moeten weten dat er iets haperde met het hotel want tussen onze booking en het verblijf is het hotel 3x veranderd van naam. Faillissement ? De nieuwe uitbaters waren er maar sinds 4 dagen.

Expensive but nice rooms
Pros:

Excellent room. Nice soft beds. Kitchen, sofa … all there.

Cons:

Does not look like a hotel from outside. Put a sign outside on the house! Some nice plants and flowers! Looks like a private hospital so not very welcoming first impression.

This is not a spa resort but a simple hotel in the city with basic breakfast but priced high.

It claims to be a Spa resort but the spa was not functional and all the three spa massage therapist as advertised in their website were unavailable the entire week. You should remove the spa word in your public website as it has created and misguided us to book here.

Hotel in posizione buona, ad una passeggiata dal centro. Casa molto ampia con cucina davvero ben attrezzata. Camera da letto un pò piccola però con una tenda ben oscurante che per la prima volta non ho dormito con la mascherina. Spa curata. Personale molto cordiale che ci ha anche concesso un check in anticipato. Colazione varia e buona

Non ci sono prese vicino al letto. La colazione è disposta in un corridoio un pò stretto all'ingresso della sala e bisogna riordinare i tavoli in autonomia. La vista dalla sala colazione però è molto bella

Improvements needed.
Pros:

New, spacious and well equipped suite. Nice facilities and good breakfast. Most of the staff friendly.

Cons:

Hotel and reception difficultly recognisable. Immediate environment of hotel badly maintained. Laconic reaction from receptionist when asked about missing reading lamp. Curtains too thin, too short, fragmented and not properly sliding. Actual bed room in suite very small. Reception closed in the morning. Lesser location when compared with competition.

Spa area was amazing especially she booking a suite as could access anytime

The restaurant is closed now and that was really frustrating as you couldn’t access that room with a lovely view after breakfast ended and there was a walk into town to get a meal. The closing of the restaurant should have been communicated in advance …
