Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Adam. He was incredibly kind, always making sure everything was taken care of and regularly offering complimentary coffee, tea, or water. Thank you, Adam, and best wishes to you!

Cons:

The room photos on Booking.com were not an exact match to the room I received. There was also noticeable noise from outside, though it was significantly reduced when the window was closed.

Exceptional - Feels like coming home every time!
Pros:

My third stay at Aleksandr Pera has only reinforced what I already knew after my first two visits, this place is truly special. Returning here feels less like checking into a hotel and more like coming home.
A huge reason for that is Adam. His kindness, genuine care, warmth, and attention to every detail are simply unmatched. No request is ever too much, and he has an incredible ability to make every guest feel valued, welcomed, and completely at ease.
This stay was my best one yet. Not only was the service exceptional as always, but I also had the opportunity to meet some wonderful new people and create even more great memories. The atmosphere Adam helps create is something you rarely find—it brings people together and makes every stay feel personal and unforgettable.

We had a fantastic experience at this cozy hotel, which is in an unbeatable location just minutes away from Istiklal Street. The rooms are clean, neat, and fully equipped with all the essentials, and the team was quick to provide extra items like a clothes iron. While the hotel itself is wonderful, what truly made our trip unforgettable was Adam. He single-handedly coordinated all of our special room requests and went completely above and beyond to pull off a perfect celebration for us. A wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality that made us feel right at home.
Pros:

verything exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to rest well. What truly made our stay special was the staff( especially Adam). They were incredibly welcoming, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Their hospitality was unmatched and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. It didn’t feel like staying in a hotel, it felt like staying with friends in our own home.

O ponto alto da estadia foi o atendimento do Adam, que cuida da recepção do hotel. Muito educado, agradável e prestativo do começo ao fim da nossa estadia, inclusive nos autorizando deixar nossa mala por uns dias no hotel enquanto viajávamos por outros destinos da Turquia. A localização do hotel é muito boa, se quiser ficar na região central da cidade e acessar vários pontos turísticos a pé. Cama bem confortável.

Cons:

Ainda que tenham nos acomodado em um quarto mais silencioso, a região é muito movimentada então sempre tem algum ruído. A limpeza dos quartos também precisa melhorar, pois quando chegamos para nossa estadia o banheiro claramente não havia sido limpo. O fato de o banheiro ser pequeno e não haver isolamento da área de banho faz o banheiro todo ficar muito molhado a cada banho.

Pros:

It was in a great location and very comfortable. It looked good and had a really cosy atmosphere especially in the lobby.

Adam was truly amazing, he made us feel so at home and made our stay so much better. He gave us information about where to go and what to see. He had such a lovely warm energy and really made our time there fantastic.

L hôtel est super bien situé dans le quartier moderne et au pied vraiment à 100 m de la rue piétonne principale qui est remplie de magasins en tout genre !

Pros:

Merci à Adam pour son accueil chaleureux.
La localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite.

Cons:

La salle de bain est vieillissante est très mal entretenue. Elle nécessiterait un rafraîchissement.
Et les fenêtres n’isolent pas du tout du bruit de la rue qui est gênant pour dormir.
