Пещерный номер с видом на шары
Pros:

Хорошая локация , вдали от шума, но при этом все рядом, так же есть на территории лужайки, деревья, цветы . Плюс бассейн , парковка, смотровая площадка. Мы жили в номере 401, это самый вверх, ( голубая пещера ), из номера видны шары ( вставайте примерно в 5:15 утра , иногда они прям над вами иногда вдали , зависит от ветра ). Персонал очень дружелюбный, спасибо всем большое ! ❤️

Pros:

Хороший вид на город, на пролетающие шары в 5 утра, большая своя парковка у отеля. Есть бассейн, хотя он маленький и с ледяной водой.
Хорошие рестораны в пешей доступности.

Cons:

Завтрак… это не завтрак) ужасная еда. Ходили завтракать в ресторан за пределом отеля. Доп кровать была вся в буграх, спать не реально, на основной ночью с потолка сыпется песок в лицо. В номере сыро и душно.

Расположение отеля хорошее. С балкона номера можно было наблюдать за полетами воздушных шаров. Персонал приветливый. На завтраке можно было заказать даже турецкий кофе. Девушки молодцы.

Cons:

Не работал полотенцесушитель в ванной. Халаты и полотенца были очень старые застиранные местами рваные.

Excellent petit déjeuner

Cons:

Météo pluvieuse et temps frais ne permettant pas de profiter des infrastructures terrasses et piscine de l’établissement.
Réveil au milieu de la nuit par les prières du minaret situé à proximité de l’hôtel

The staff were excellent! Constant WhatsApp contact !

Cons:

We had the best room at the property and it was lovely, but the housekeeper did not sweep the floor for 2 days. I finally ask the front desk for a broom and they immediately came and cleaned the floor!

Absolutely perfect from start to finish.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Every single detail is thoughtfully designed and exceptionally well cared for. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and maintained with an impressive level of attention and pride.

What truly makes this place special, however, is the team. Every staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay memorable, specially Ilayda. They helped me with every request I had, always with warmth, professionalism, and a smile. The service was simply outstanding.

The breakfast deserves a special mention: absolutely amazing. Fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and with an incredible variety of options. It was one of the highlights of each day.

I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Arif, and he is truly wonderful. His passion, hospitality, and dedication are reflected in every aspect of the hotel. It’s clear that this place is run with heart.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you’re looking for exceptional service, comfort, attention to detail, and a truly unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay. I would return without hesitation and already look forward to coming back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour parfait. Le service est impeccable et le personnel est tellement gentil et attentionné, nous avons été accueillies comme des reines.
La chambre était super grande avec une literie très confortable. Le summum du confort : un sauna directement dans la salle de bain, digne d'un vrai hammam. Une expérience magique en Cappadoce, je recommande à 100 % !

Absolutely Amazing
Pros:

Location. Staff. Illayda and Arif really looked after us. Great communication through WhatsApp before our arrival. They arranged a local guide for a private tour and also a car hire. Amazing service close to the village centre

Nothing at all. Maybe the breakfast could have more variety. Like fresh bread etc
