Magnifique hôtel, mais aucune chambre dans des caves creusée, de plus l’hôtel était au fond d’une impasse et dans un trou et pas sur une colline comme certaines photos le laisse pensé,

La posizione elevata e defilata dal caos del centro permette di godere di vista e tranquillità. Le mongolfiere dal terrazzo dell'hotel sono uno spettacolo comodo e meraviglioso.
La colazione è ECCEZIONALE fresca, varia e di qualità. La piscina è piccolina e un pò fredda, ma dopo una giornata al caldo tra i siti... è corroborante, ed è gradevole godersi il sole. Struttura pulita ordinata e ben tenuta. Mi è dispiaciuto venire via.

We liked the lovely breakfast and the desert offered for breakfast. The room was spacious. The staff at the reception was alright. The staff at the breakfast was very kind. The location is very central and has all restaurants and shops around.

Cons:

The room given to us was on the ground level and had no view. I also think there are way more beautiful cave hotels around this area for much lesser prices, unfortunately I did not see much and booked this one because of too many positive reviews. In cappadocia every cave hotel is beautiful and prices are low and food is fantastic. We had to stay an extra night due to balloon cancellation and got the opportunity to explore and thought we paid more than double on this one.

Perfect stay in paradise

From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d chosen somewhere special. This hotel is absolutely breathtaking – it genuinely feels like stepping onto a film set. Every corner is beautiful, the attention to detail is incredible, and everything was spotless and impeccably maintained. It was exactly what we had hoped for and more.

We stayed in one of the cave rooms, which was perfect. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It added so much to the whole experience and made our stay feel truly unique.

The biggest highlight, however, was the exceptional staff. Unfortunately, the three of us were a little unwell during our stay, and the care and kindness they showed us was outstanding. They even went to the chemist for us and regularly checked in to make sure we were okay. Nothing was too much trouble, and they genuinely went above and beyond to look after us. That level of hospitality is rare and meant so much to us.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s not only stunning but also has the most caring and attentive team, look no further. We would recommend it without hesitation and would love to return one day. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable.If the hotel is in Santorini (or another cave-hotel destination),  I can also weave the scenery and location into the review to make it even more personal.

Oui absolument
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable et vous traite avec grand soin, ils sont formidables.
L’endroit est fantastique au milieu des cheminées de fées avec roiftoop et piscine , cela ressemble à un château .
Beaucoup de terrasses, et le petit déjeuner fabuleux , excellent.
Les activités sont organisés par eux

Pros:

I just got back from Secret Hill Cave Suites in Cappadocia and it was honestly amazing! Staying in a real cave room was so cool, and waking up early to watch the hot air balloons fill the sky from the roof terrace was completely unreal. The staff and owners were incredibly nice and helped us book all our tours, the morning Turkish breakfast spread was massive and delicious, and they even have an outdoor pool which was awesome for chilling out after a long day of walking around. It felt super welcoming and homey, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Unforgettable Mom & Daughter’s trip
Pros:

Everything was excellent, our Superior Villa was the best choice of our Turkiye trip. The staff warm hospitality was the best throughout our holidays : Arif (the manager), Llyda (the receptionist), Daud (night shift) and Mustafa were just amazing. They’re so handful in everything and we can’t thank them enough for it. But what made our stay in Secret Hill Cave much more special : the resident dogs, 4 years old female mix breed (Latte), 3 years old female pug (Linda), 1 year old male pug (Pasha). These three are the best well behaved dogs ever ! Wish we can stay longer than 4 nights.. On our last day, we preferred to stay in the hotel so we can spent most of the day with them..

Great spot to enjoy Cappadocia from
Pros:

Loved staying here with my 2 teenage daughters - close and walkable to the town but tucked away and quiet. Great spot to see the balloons and two mornings they came so close we could almost touch them and chat to the people in the baskets.
So memorable. Staff were so very friendly and amazing, there 24/7 connecting us with a great tour and even coming to pick us up one day, when we got stranded out sightseeing and couldn't get back - great breakfast too.
