Pros:

reception department is perfect. all day they try to support you. cleaning is good , cleaning team is smiling and always support. Breakfast is good and you have enough different food. coffe machine and juice machine is good.

Cons:

parking area is closed but you need always someone near you to open and close the door. If you are 3 person in the room extra bed is not enough comfortable but we now before our stay.

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl.
Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber es gibt vor der Haustür eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle und fußläufig (circa 7 Minuten) eine U-Bahn-Station.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war groß und alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer wäre eine Ablagefläche wünschenswert.

Séjour très agréable et lit très confortable
Pros:

Le lit était vraiment très confortable et la chambre très bien agencé. L'équipe de l'hôtel était très sympathiques et nous a fourni plusieurs recommandations pour des restaurants, visites, randonnées. Le petit déjeuner était varié avec beaucoup de produits frais. J'ai beaucoup aimé.

Cons:

Le quartier dans lequel se trouve l'hôtel n'est pas le plus sympa/joli mais il est très bien relié au centre-ville par transports en commun et seulement une vingtaine de minutes à pied.

Instalaciones perfectas, el resto.........
Pros:

Decoración, limpieza, habitaciones de buen tamaño y colchón muy cómodo.

Cons:

El minibar, con su puerta de cristal, deslumbraba toda la habitación. Personal poco amable en general. Sólo 1 de las 6-8 personas con las que tratamos fue simpática con nosotros. Pero es común, taxistas, camareros, etc, tampoco son nada amables. Quizás los españoles estamos acostumbrados a otro trato, pero no me gustó.

Angeblich war das Hotel Übernachtung und die Leitung nicht bereit den Schaden abzustellen
Pros:

Gar nichts. Wählt Euch ein anderes Hotel

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hat mir ein Deluxe Zimmer verkauft und ein Standard Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Bad wies straken Schimmelbefall auf.
