Outstanding housekeeping: Jahangir from housekeeping was the only saving grace of our entire stay. He was helpful, attentive, and quickly fixed the room's missing amenities when requested. Management should highly commend his work.
Deceptive rating: The property's 9.0 score does not reflect reality.
Delayed room delivery: Arrived at 2:00 PM and was told the room was being cleaned. I waited 1.5 hours and still didn't get my room until 3:25 PM—well past the official 3:00 PM check-in time.
Unprofessional reception: The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive about the massive delay.
Missing & empty amenities: The room was completely unprepared for four guests. There were only two towels, no slippers, and the bathroom soap and shampoo dispensers were completely empty.
Broken facilities: The room hairdryer was broken and non-functional.
Inconvenient entertainment: The television featured zero functioning channels, forcing us to use our own personal streaming credentials to watch anything.

It is one of our go to hotel due to it's clean rooms and friendly staff, also the breakfast is quite nice.
I booked a double bed non smooking room, but I got a single bed room instead due ilto inavailability eventhough the booking was confirmed as per my preference

كل شي جميل ومريح ونظافه وعوازل الصوت بالغرف ممتازه واستقبال جدا متعاونين واخلاق الموظفين واخص بشكر استاذه العنود رائعه جدا

بصراحة كنت متخوفة من الاختيار والموقع لكن طلع ممتاز وحبيت الاقامة وجدا كنت مرتاحة ومبسوطة.
الغرفة ومساحتها والنظافة كانت مناسبة لتصوري وطلبي.
موظفين الاستقبال جدددا جدا رائعين الشباب والبنات وبالأخص رغد وعهود يعطيهم العافية أسلوب وتعامل وبشاشة وذوق يعطيهم ألف ألف عافية🌷.
وأخيرا شكرا شكرا شكرا على جمال الاقامة وروعتها🌷.
مواقف السيارات في الفندق مو كفاية وتضايقت من قلة وجود موقف لسيارتي.. بالاضافة التكييف تعبني شوي كل ما خاولت اخفضه او اطفيه يفصل وماعاد يبرد الا بطلب الصيانة.
