اعجبني حسن تعامل الموظفين واخص بالذكر وليد رجل. خلوق جدا ومحترم ويجيد التعامل مع الضيوف واشكر مدير الفندق على شخص مثل هذا موجود بفندقه

Great short stay
Pros:

Very clean and helpful, friendly staff. Allowed us to leave our luggage for one day as we were staying in a different city overnight, when we came back they were very efficient getting our bags back to us without us needing to ask, and all sent up to the rooms by the porter. Great service overall.

ممكن اقدر اسمي هالفندق فندق البخلاء
كل مااطلب شيئ يحسبونه علي حساب
كان معاي طفلين ولمن طلبت من الرسبيشن يعطيني مفرشين رفض وقال لي رقي الغرفه وادفعي زياده
الشاي اطلب يجيبون بس واحد وارجع اتصل مرا ثانيه
بالنسبة لتسجيل الخروج طلبت منهم اخليه الساعه 3 بس يتقدم ساعه بسبب ظروف السائق رفضوا رفضاً باتاً وقالوا تطلعين 2 بالضبط او نحسب عليك يوم جديد
لاانصح فيه تشيلون هم كل ماتحون تطلبون شيئ من الرسبيشن يقابل بالرفض

أعجبني كل مافي الفندق من تفاصيل ،نظافة الغرف وفريق العمل وكذلك الخدمات المتاحة من موتقف وكوفي شوب وتراس. اما راحة السرير حكااااية وسالتهم عن نوع الماتريس من كثرة اعجابي بالراخة وبرودة الغرف وعزلها روووووعه. بجد اعجبني كثيرا الفندق... شكرا لكم
