Pros:

من أبرز ما أعجبني في الفندق موقعه الممتاز، حيث كان قريبًا من العديد من الوجهات وسهل الوصول إليه. كما أن النادي الرياضي والمسبح كانا على مستوى مميز، ونظيفين ومجهزين بشكل جيد، وكانت تجربة استخدامهما ممتعة وأسهمت في جعل الإقامة أكثر راحة.

Cons:

كانت إقامتي دون مستوى التوقعات للأسف. أكثر ما أزعجني هو أن الجناح الذي استلمته لم يكن مطابقًا لما تم عرضه في الصور عند الحجز؛ إذ بدا أصغر بكثير، كما أن الحمام كان مختلفًا من حيث المساحة والتجهيزات، ولم يكن يحتوي على بعض المرافق التي أوحت بها صور الإعلان، مما سبب لي شعورًا بخيبة الأمل.


كما أن الغرفة كانت مشبعة برائحة دخان السجائر بشكل واضح، وكأنها لم تُهوَّ أو تُجهَّز جيدًا قبل تسليمي إياها، وهو أمر أثر سلبًا على راحة الإقامة.

اما وجبة الإفطار، فقد كانت متوسطة بشكل عام، ولم تكن الأصناف تُعاد تعبئتها بالشكل المطلوب، بالإضافة إلى أن بعض الأطعمة كانت تُقدم باردة، وهو ما قلل من جودة التجربة


آمل أن تتم مراجعة هذه الملاحظات والاهتمام بها، خاصة فيما يتعلق بمطابقة الغرف لما يتم عرضه في منصات الحجز، وتحسين مستوى النظافة وجودة الإفطار، لما لذلك من أثر كبير على رضا النزلاء.

لانه يوم ادخل ما كان فيه إلا كم حبه
ولا عبها الي ينظف

Overall, it was great stay
Pros:

It was great experience staying Radisson Blu in Riyadh as this was first travel to Kingdom. I was there for attending SAUDIPP trade exhibition & the location of this hotel was perfect just 100 meters from the venue.

The front desk staff was very helpful & always attentive special thanks to Mr. Noor who guided me in hiring local taxis, share tips on visiting nearby malls, exploring food & also helped me when I extended my stay for one more day!

Overall, it was great stay & I am looking forward for my next visit here.

Pros:

The facilities and the location were very good, the best option for the exhibition

Cons:

I have received a message at midnight just before landing that there was not available room for the first night and booked a room in another hotel of the same group close to the airport. That is unacceptable especially for a late check in. For the second night they have upgraded me but that can’t compensate the frustration and disruption of my business trip.
