Convenient for the expo was thee benefit

Room size was good and location to the expo

Cons:

Food outlets were limited. The best was on a mezzanine and your eyes watered with all the smoke; also your clothes and hair stunk of smoke. Ordered room service on two separate days, nothing arrived, despite me phoning reception 3 or 4 times each day. The hot dial to the room service team never ever answered. Breakfast was a poor selection in my opinion. The egg station only offered fried (heavily oiled) eggs or an omelette. Despite the chalkboard saying poached. When I asked for them, I was told no. Helathy cereals not good, very poor. Shower the overhead rain shower only had half the holes working.

Housekeeping did not cleaned my room first night, no one andwer the phones, no hostess to seat you at breakfast, next day cleaning no coffee or tea or amenities refill, one towel instead of two. Zero standard. 1 star at best for service.
