Agréable mais ni les piscines, ni la plage de l’hôtel ne sont faites pour les voyageurs occidentaux.
Pros:

Assez bon emplacement. Très grande chambre avec balcon agreable. Calme. Personnel serviable et accueillant.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très moyen en qualité. Salle où il est servi peu agréable. Difficile, voire impossible de profiter des piscines et de la plage pour des occidentaux - surtout pour les femmes. Nous n avons pu en profiter... Déception !

There was quite a lot of construction around the hotel, which made access a bit difficult. We really wished the hotel offered a shuttle service from the main street to the hotel, as not all taxis were able to enter the hotel area. This was particularly challenging for my mom, who found the walk from the main street quite difficult.

Alles was zoals het was voorgeschreven.
De lagoon was zeer mooi als uitzicht en ook voor te zwemmen, kamer was proper en zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Als ik nog eens naar port said zou gaan zal ik zeker deze terug boeken.

قعدنا 7 ايام في سويت غرفتين الستاف سيئ جدا وغير متعاون مش بيفرقو بين زائر دائم و بين شخص يومين و ماشي ،
واجهنا مشاكل في الانترنت واستجابتهم بطيئة جدا
ونكلمهم اكتر من مرة عشان حد يرد علينا

واجهنا مشاكل مع المطعم تعامل سيئ و الاكل جودته مش كويسة

واجهنا مشاكل مع الريسبشن كل واحد يقول سعر و لما نحب نمدد يوم زيادة يفضلو يقولولنا هنشيك ونكلمكم لحد وقت المغادرة ولا حد يكلمنا و طبعا مفيش اي استجابة لازم نتصل مرتين و تلاتة و ساعات اربعة عشان يردو علينا

مقارنة بالسعر اللي دفعناه سيئ لا يرقى ل 3 نجوم وقلنالهم الملاحظات دي ولا حد اهتم 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The location in the city center. The suite was so comfortable.

The breakfast had no enough variability. The room service was under expectations for 4 stars hotel. The aqua park was not good. The floor of the pool had sharp boderes that injured out baby boy.

انصح من يريد استمتاع عائلي به بشدة

تجربة عوائل استثنائية لاجون اكوا وحمام سباحة ثالث اضافة للكثير من الخصوصية وسهرة رائعة علي شاطئ البحر في البرجولات
كل هذا وكل الخدمات متوفرة وانت في قلب المدينة
اسمتعنا جميعا وساكرر التجربة قريبا جدا

كل عام تزداد قرية ماروم جمالًا وراحةً وتنظيمًا أشكر جميع العاملين على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام بالنزلاء
وأخص بالشكر مستر مصطفى على تعامله الراقي واحترافيته فهو بالفعل واجهة مشرفة للقرية كما أتقدم بالشكر لهاوس كيبنج أم سلمى التي اعتدنا كل عام على ابتسامتها الجميلة وحسن استقبالها واهتمامها بالنظافة وراحة الضيوف
شكرًا لكم جميعًا وبالتأكيد سنعود مرة أخرى بإذن الله

دي تالت سنة لينا نيجي فيها فندق ماروم، وتالت سنة هبة تاخد بالها مننا. بجد شرف كبير! هي مش بس ممتازة في اهتمامها بالتفاصيل والنظافة وشغلها بضمير، دي كمان مؤدبة جداً وطيبة. بتيجي في الوقت المناسب لينا، وبتهتم بكل طلباتنا كويس قوي، ودائماً بتسألنا لو محتاجين أي حاجة تانية. كنا مبسوطين جداً إننا شفناها تاني. شكراً يا هبة، ربنا يجازيكي خير وإن شاء الله نشوفك السنة الجاية

The breakfast was medium not bad
The pool is good and I liked the lagoon
The rooms were spacious
The staff were cooperative most of the times

Cons:

Some of the services needs improving
Like the Internet which had a problem till the last 3 days
As well as the TV signal which had the same issue
The parking spaces is limited
They need to work on the handicap access support
And they had a pesticide issue from the external gardens
