Pros:

تجربة عوائل استثنائية لاجون اكوا وحمام سباحة ثالث اضافة للكثير من الخصوصية وسهرة رائعة علي شاطئ البحر في البرجولات
كل هذا وكل الخدمات متوفرة وانت في قلب المدينة
اسمتعنا جميعا وساكرر التجربة قريبا جدا

كل عام تزداد قرية ماروم جمالًا وراحةً وتنظيمًا أشكر جميع العاملين على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام بالنزلاء
وأخص بالشكر مستر مصطفى على تعامله الراقي واحترافيته فهو بالفعل واجهة مشرفة للقرية كما أتقدم بالشكر لهاوس كيبنج أم سلمى التي اعتدنا كل عام على ابتسامتها الجميلة وحسن استقبالها واهتمامها بالنظافة وراحة الضيوف
شكرًا لكم جميعًا وبالتأكيد سنعود مرة أخرى بإذن الله

دي تالت سنة لينا نيجي فيها فندق ماروم، وتالت سنة هبة تاخد بالها مننا. بجد شرف كبير! هي مش بس ممتازة في اهتمامها بالتفاصيل والنظافة وشغلها بضمير، دي كمان مؤدبة جداً وطيبة. بتيجي في الوقت المناسب لينا، وبتهتم بكل طلباتنا كويس قوي، ودائماً بتسألنا لو محتاجين أي حاجة تانية. كنا مبسوطين جداً إننا شفناها تاني. شكراً يا هبة، ربنا يجازيكي خير وإن شاء الله نشوفك السنة الجاية

Pros:

The breakfast was medium not bad
The pool is good and I liked the lagoon
The rooms were spacious
The staff were cooperative most of the times

Cons:

Some of the services needs improving
Like the Internet which had a problem till the last 3 days
As well as the TV signal which had the same issue
The parking spaces is limited
They need to work on the handicap access support
And they had a pesticide issue from the external gardens

. تعامل عمال النظافه وعمال الصيانه والحراسه علي البوبات الخارجيه ممتاز جدا جدا جدا. نضافه المسابح جيده جدا

الشاطئ الخارجي يحتاج الي نظافه.لانه متسخ جدا. خدمه النت سيء سئ جدا حدا. لا يوجد افصاح عن كافه قوانين المنتجع. البوفيه لا يوجد فيه تنضيم كافي ليستوعب كافه النزلاء. اسعار مرتفه جدا. قوانين الشاطئ الخارجي مختلفه عن داخل المنتجع. لا يوجد تواصل كافي من اداره المنتجع بخصوص الرد علي التعليقات. عشوائية في التنظيم داخل المنتجع.

Pros:

I want to thank Mr mostafa for his help and fixing what was wrong from day 1. It was after 3 days after checking in but he did his,best to make our stay as comfortable as it should have been from day one.

I also want to thank rawheya the cleaner for taking care of our room and made it very clean all by herself without any help

In addition, I want to thank ahmed, hany and hany's brother for driving the golf car and they act quickly

Cons:

I didn''t like that the whole resort had only one golf car to serve everyone in the resort which is ridiculous.

Amazing Experience.
Pros:

The hotel was recently refurbished, and the overall experience was very pleasant. We stayed there for a week, enjoying its central location in the city and the beautiful beach area where you can relax with friends and family. Since I live abroad, I visit Port Said about once a year, and I can honestly say I will return. The main reason for this is the staff, who were exceptionally accommodating. I especially want to thank Mr Mohamed Abbas, whose efforts truly improved my experience.

The resort’s location is absolutely perfect—so close to all the local shops and restaurants! From the exact moment we stepped inside, we enjoyed every single second of our two-night stay.

​The service across the entire resort was exceptional. Whether it was the front desk team, the restaurant staff, or the crew by the lagoon, everyone was incredibly attentive and always greeted us with a genuine smile.

​Our suite was beautifully designed and exceptionally clean. A huge thank you to the housekeeping staff, who were not only thorough but also so wonderfully friendly! Another massive highlight was the massive lagoon—spending time in that lovely, warm water was pure bliss.

​Thank you so much to every single person working at this beautiful resort for making our stay so special. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to coming back soon! ❤️
