Very uncomfortable experience
Cons:

My stay at this hotel during Eid was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I have ever had.

I stayed for three nights, and on the third day, a friend of mine checked into the hotel in his own separate room. We went to the pool together, expecting to relax and enjoy the facilities we had both paid for. Instead, we were repeatedly questioned by staff members. The lifeguard asked for our room numbers multiple times, then called over another employee who asked the same questions. After that another employee joined them and all three sat nearby watching us continuously.

As a woman in a swimsuit, this level of scrutiny was extremely uncomfortable and made me feel as though I was being monitored rather than welcomed as a guest.

The situation escalated when staff appeared to interpret my friend's assistance in helping me learn how to swim as inappropriate behavior. I am afraid of water and was relying on him for support while in the pool. Despite this being completely innocent, hotel security was called and approached us in a rude, confrontational, and disrespectful manner.

To make matters worse, we were questioned about consuming alcohol. The drinks we had were non-alcoholic beverages purchased directly from the hotel bar, specifically a cola and a Red Bull.

We submitted a formal complaint regarding the way we were treated, including the experience at the pool and the interaction with security. No meaningful response or resolution was provided.

What disappointed me most was not just the behavior we experienced, but the lack of action taken afterward. No apology or explanation was given.

I left feeling humiliated, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. I would not return to this hotel, nor would I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.

الموظفين وخاصة موظف الاستقبال مصطفى والكابتن سمير وخدمة الغرف حسن
الهدووووء والروقان
النظافة
قريب جدًا من المطار وكذلك المولات مثل كايروفيسيتيفل وألماظة وسيتي ستار ومطعم حجرية وقرية جدو
داخل كمباوند راقي جدًا وفيه بقالة وصيدلية قريبة
الغرف واسعة وشرحة
المرافق المحيطة بالفندق جميلة ورائعة
فندق عائلي من الطراز الأول

Cons:

الأثاث صار قديم جدًا ومستهلك جدًا ما تغير من بداية تأسيسه وهذا أكثر أزعجنا
يحتاج إلى صيانة مثل الدورات وغيرها
بعيد عن وسط البلد والقاهرة القديمة (هذي سلبية وإيجابية 😅)
بوفيه الفطور غير متنوع وهو نفسه ما تغير من 4 سنين
لازم تمضي على إقرار في كل مرة تجيب فيها أكل من برا

I am still recovering from stomach fever. They put ice in the drinks and probably they use tapwater.
Pros:

Ehm, they had coffee at least..

Cons:

The breakfast was really bad. There was no cruesli, muesli, to put in yogurt. No seeds, no nuts, no dried fruits... poor bread and alsmost nothing fresh for on the bread.
