Perfect spot for a couple in a quiet spot near a major tourist town
Pros:

This spot was absolutely perfect for us. The spot is quiet, but close to the beach and a small grocer and some restaurants. A ~30 minute walk to the busier more lively Puerto del Carmen meant we weren't in the middle of the crazy tourists and had quiet at home, but had access to the party for the couple of nights we went. The apartment had pretty much everything needed. We had a car as well, which I think is probably strongly recommended for this location though not strictly necessary.

Cons:

To be clear, we loved the place, these are just some criticisms that may help other people making medium length stays make their decision: The kitchen is a little lacking in terms of equipment, e.g. the knife is dull, there was no drying rack for dishes. The couch cushion slipped a lot, so the couch should probably be replaced at some point for better comfort especially for more than 2 guests. There weren't enough towels for the two of us for 9 days.

Fantastic stay and would definitely return!
Pros:

Apartment was very modern and close to bars and restaurants but yet in a quiet area. Pool was really nice and small complex with only 8 apartments.

Cons:

Wifi had a poor signal but that didn't bother us to much.

Por un descanso de tranquilidad.
Pros:

La piscina....no muy grande pero perfecto para esos días de calor. La cama extra grande. Se agradecen las cápsulas de café.
Zona muy tranquila y fácil para aparcar.

Cons:

Entiendo que solo era 3 noches pero yo personalmente dejaría otro juego de toallas por si lo necesitan...se que hay de pago pero por el precio creo que podían incluir.
Se que es un gesto dejar la botella de agua rellenada..pero a no saber que agua es porque no viene precintado se supone que es del grifo. Mejor no dejar nada de eso.
En el dormitorio a hacer mucho viento se cuela el viento entre las 2 ventanas y hacen un sonido de silbido..que a algunos podrían molestar.

Another nice stay at CIH
Pros:

Great stay! Easy to find, easy to get in (you just need a code for the gate and the main door), in a quiet place with a supermarket nearby. The flat is very clean, with AC.

Apartamento moderno, cómodo y con excelente ubicación
Pros:

El apartamento estaba completamente renovado, muy limpio y decorado con mucho gusto. La cama era muy cómoda, el baño amplio y moderno, y la cocina estaba bien equipada. La piscina estaba muy cuidada y la terraza con vistas al mar fue un gran punto a favor. Además, la ubicación es excelente, a pocos minutos caminando de la playa, restaurantes y tiendas. Sin duda, volveríamos.

Cons:

Como sugerencia de mejora, sería muy útil disponer de una lavadora en el apartamento o indicar claramente si la que hay en la zona de la piscina es de uso comunitario y cómo se puede utilizar. Para estancias de varios días sería un servicio muy práctico.

Buen lugar
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, zona tranquila con fácil aparcamiento. La piscina perfecta, jardín perfecto y buen cuidado.

Cons:

Quizás sería buenísimo limpiar un poco mas la terraza de la habitación, los Puf de la terraza estaban sucios y no pudimos usarlos.
