Pros:

confort +++, spa incroyable, personnel très pro et très accueillant
très bon restaurant bulgare dans le complexe (Sofra)

Cons:

seul bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui ferme à 10h (un peu tôt pour un week-end relax ...) et qui privilégie la quantité (choix gargantuesque) à la qualité des produits (fruit pas de saison et pas mûrs, pain et pâtisserie industriel, etc)

Отель далеко от города . Кроме такси ,нет больше никакого транспорта . Это не удобно.

המלון יפה וחדש אבל במקרה של תקלה לא לוקח אחריות

המקום מאד נקי, מסודר. מתקני הספא מספקים חוויה טובה

Cons:

רצפת המקלחת חלקה מאוד מאוד ואין גם שום אמצעי אחיזה. אשתי החליקה במקלחת וקבלה מכה חזקה מאד בברך שקילקלה לנו את כל חווית הטיול בבולגריה. כשבאתי לעזור לה החלקתי גם אני ונאלצנו לזחול על הברכיים מחוץ לאמבטיה. אחרי שהתלוננו הכניסו שטיחונים למקלחת. אם היו עושים זאת לפני כן זה לא היה קורה. למחרת בבוקר ביקשנו שיעריכו לנו מעט את זמן היציאה כדי שנוכל ללכת לבדיקת רופא. הסכימו להאריך רק בשעה אחת. בנוסף הציעו לנו לתבוע את חברת הביטוח של המלון ולא הסכימו לתת לנו אישור שהגשנו תלונה. לא ממש יצאו מגדרם כדי לעזור.

אהבנו הכל. מלון מודרני, החדרים מתוחזקים היטב.
המיקום מצויין. הספא מדהים. וארוחת בוקר נהדרת.
הייתי שמחה שעות הפתיחה של הספא, יהיו מוקדמות יותר, לשחיית בוקר.

El mejor hotel de Bulgaria (quizás)
Pros:

El mejor hotel del viaje, incluso teniendo en cuenta la relación calidad precio. La reserva, la modificación de la reserva, la llegada, el spa, la habitación, las vistas al valle, el aparcamiento, el restaurante Sofra, la ayuda del personal e incluso el late check out que nos permitió hacer una actividad con tranquilidad el último día fueron perfectos. Pero incluso más que perfecto fue el desayuno, uno de los mejores desayunos que he disfrutado.
