Bel établissement mais attention au rapport qualité / prix
Pros:

Le design de l'hôtel, la chambre magnifique, calme et très propre, les extérieurs, la grande piscine extérieure réservée à la nage, la salle de sport très bien équipée.

Cons:

Nous avons été déçus par l'espace SPA qui est fréquenté par beaucoup de personnes sans éducation qui passent la journée au téléphone, même dans les saunas. Certaines personnes viennent au SPA pour discuter à haute voix et ne respectent pas les règles notamment pour l'accès au spa qui se fait normalement pour les + de 12 ans idem pour la piscine avec les couloirs réservés à la nage. Globalement il y a un manque de contrôle et de formation pour un établissement 5*.
Les prix excessifs du beach club plus particulièrement pour les boissons, 4€ un café par exemple, même en France les tarifs ne sont pas aussi élevés.

Pros:

Новый отель, большие и чистые номера, удобные кровати. Разнообразная еда на завтрак и ужин.

Cons:

Достаточно большая очередь и очень медленная регистрация при заезде. Во время завтрака был неприятный случай: в момент когда мы с мужем пошли за кофе, персонал ресторана убрал нашу еду, и стол заняли другие люди! При этом надо заметить, что к кофе машинам также долгая и большая очередь. Все мои обращения к персоналу были просто проигнорированы! Считаю такое поведение не приемлемым для отеля 5*

A Pleasant Experience
Pros:

Excellent experience with varied, delicious high-quality cuisine, spacious modern rooms, spotless facilities, extremely polite staff, and multiple beautiful pools.

Cons:

The bed mattress was found to be quite firm, and the on-site restaurant menu prices appeared to be higher than the average rates..

Pros:

The hotel is top, huge rooms, nice bed, everything was very nice and well maintained, the food was amazing and lots of variety.

Cons:

The only bad point was the lack of activities outside the hotel, is not the hotel fault for this but for longer holidays it can be boring.

Pros:

Хотелът е много хубав, поддържан и чист. Има всичко, от което се нуждаете!

Cons:

Единствената ми забележка е обслужването на бара край басейна, което е доста бавно и хаотично.
