We spent a wonderful few days at this hotel and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The hotel is large and beautiful, with a huge swimming pool and an excellent spa where you can truly relax after a day of sightseeing.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious food.
The value for money was outstanding. For the price, we received excellent service and high-quality facilities.
This hotel left us with the best impressions. We would be happy to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
We have visiting Kings Valley for few years now and always been very happy,the rooms are spacious,the food in the restaurant has a lot of varieties and the SPA is absolutely amazing.
The towels in the bathroom are very old and has holes or are stained.They need to replace them.To be honest it will be really appreciated if they provide water bottles on a daily basis specially in summer time.Only one time per visit is not enough.

The floor around the jacuzzi was slippery & im not sure if it didnt have mold.. i think that must get fixed

Great facilities and amazing food in the restaurant (really amazing). The whole place is well maintained, and the spa is really good. There are a lot of activity options in the hotel. It's a bit overpriced, but however good quality to price.
When checking in, the reception staff was absolutely the worst. People have been checking in since 14:30, and at 14:47 they told me to wait until 15:00. My mother is having mobility issues, and we just had to stand there for 13 more minutes that would make no difference at all. It was absolutely unreasonable and unprofessional.
My room didn't have shower gel as well.
That's my second time coming and having an unpleasant situation with the reception staff. I'm not sure I'll visit again.
