Много добра материална база, обслужването е средно ниво
Pros:

Материалната база е доста добра - просторни и приятни стаи, хубава Аква зона и приятен спа център. Закуската е добра - има избор за всеки вкус.

Cons:

Не ми допадна самото обслужване - като цяло повечето служители не са усмихнати и особено приветливи. Има детайли в обслужването, които липсват за хотел от тази категория.
Организацията в ресторант Тракия през уикендите за вечеря е слаба, или не им достига персонал, но определено се забелязва - наложи се сами да отсервираме маса, за да може все пак да се настаним някъде, после трябваше да търся сервитьор с молба все пак да забърше масата и да донесе прибори.

Beautiful hotel & spa , family friendly and lots to do & explore
Pros:

Beautiful place, very spacious room & bathroom , clean , modern and friendly staff. Beautiful spa and plenty of space & swimming pools. Food was good ( breakfast) only Alba restaurant food wasn’t as great & overpriced.
