Overall the stay was very good and the breakfast was also delicious and served nicely.
Pros:

It was nice and staff was very cooperative.

Cons:

Had some issue with cooling in the room as the room was too big with only one inverter of 1.5 ton. The next day they changed the room with two inverters installed in it.

Cons:

Restaurant was not upto the mark,
Even in lunch time,we face bad experience,after giving order,we wait too much time bcoz staff were busy with each other for talking,
May be due to jumma day,
Overall experience of stay was excellent

slightly away from city but a nice stay
Pros:

Nice staff ,clean rooms and washrooms
nice window view

Cons:

parking is at customers own risk
paying lot of money for 1 night and stressed about car parking is worrying.
hotel should be fully accountable and resposibke for car parking for customer piece of mind.

Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free

Cons:

The Wi-Fi could be more reliable, and there was some noise from the surrounding area at night. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory

Overall staff behaviour is good. Breakfast buffet is basic.
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The tap water in washroom is so slow that you cant take proper shower. Washroom basic amenities are provided only on demand and than they dont bother to change dental and shaving kits.
