Huge, modern hotel in a good location. Room was great size, extremely comfortable and really quiet. Efficient, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The whole hotel had great decor.
Some people might find the hotel a bit “corporate”.
Fantastic location close to both the old town and the exhibition and conference centre.
5 star but no swimming pool. You had to pay to check in early. Also had to pay to park your car.
Poor check in experience. Had booked double room with 2 beds. Room only had one bed and couldn’t be split into 2 and was told this is what we booked, even when I showed booking confirmation showing 2 beds! Initially told no 2 bed rooms available. Only when I made my way down 22 floors to the reception desk in person was I told a 2 bed room was available but it was a down grade. My colleague then questioned if we would receive a refund for the difference since the room was a downgrade. We were told no because we were choosing to downgrade! Found reception staff to be very unhelpful on check in. They had no interest in solving the issue. So be warned, apparently hey don’t 2 bed double rooms despite selling them on booking.com
Clean hotel, nice lobby, most staff were very professional and friendly aside from a couple odd individuals who had an attitude.
No pool. Bar closes at 10 pm. A bit costly for what it provided.

The most incredible helpful staff from check in desk making it easy to check in and also recommending me local café & popular spots whilst I waited to ger my room but breakfast host Sapna was always smiling & super sweet. The service provided by all staff was impeccable and that's the biggest positive about this place for me. Super welcoming!
If I must, I think it would be good to get a variety/change in breakfast menu. I loved the variety but after 3 days I expected to see something new. Poached eggs as an option would be good too.
I wish the hotel had spa facilities but of course I understand that it's not possible.

Meu frigobar estava desligado ou queimado sei lá ,um funcionário foi ao meu quarto constatou que estava sem funcionar,e nada foi feito pra ligar ,trocar ou consertar .
Huone oli tilava ja sisustus elegantti. Lasiset seinät olivat upeat. Aamupala erinomainen.
Huoneessa pistorasia oli irti ja juomalasi säröillä, muuten huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Ongelmamme oli TV, mikä ei yhdistänyt hotellin wifiin ensimmäisenä päivänä ja jouduimme pyytämään useamman kerran että joku ratkaisisi ongelman (tai kertoisi syyn esim kuormittunut verkkoyhteys), mutta toistuvasti meille sanottiin että asia hoidetaan. Lopulta kun kukaan ei tullut selvittämään asiaa ja soitimme neljännen kerran, jolloin meille sanottiin että seuraavana aamuna joku tulee katsomaan asiaa. TV yhdisti seuraavana päivänä wifiin ennen kun korjaaja ehti paikalle. 5 tähden hotellissa olettaisin että jos huoneessa on TV, se myös toimisi. Lomamme kannalta oli harmillista ettei rentoutuminen TV:n parissa onnistunut vaan jouduimme katsomaan elokuvia älypuhelimen näytöltä.
