非常好的入住經驗，地點方便，大浴場也很乾淨舒服，浴衣的選擇很多，是很棒的一次住宿。
Pros:

晚餐及早餐都很棒，食物跟飲料的選擇很多，晚餐是套餐加上自助式餐點取用的方式，食材新鮮好吃，服務人員也很貼心為孩子先準備一些炸物，房間大小適中，很舒服。

The Best Hotel I Have Ever Stayed At!
Pros:

I could not fault this Hotel at all. I decided to rent a car out to get about Beppu, but there are public transport links nearby and there is a free shuttle bus from the train station to the hotel as well. The place was just so calming, spotless and grand, I didn't want to leave. The room that I got exceeded my expectations and there was also free afternoon snacks for guests who needed to recharge. The hotspring baths were amazing as well and so clean, well everything was so clean to be honest.

Pros:

無料のサービスが充実していた。
ウェルカムサービスの地獄蒸し、焼酎などの試飲、アイスやソフトドリンクのサービス、生ビールサービスは嬉しい。また施設も綺麗。リファが置いてあるところやシャンプーバーは嬉しい。

Cons:

生ビールサービスが非常に嬉しい反面8時までという点。もう少し長くしてもらえると嬉しい。夕飯時間が18-20時として被るために飲めない人が増えると思う。またマッサージサービスは女性だけというのは男性がかわいそう。男性はせめてロビーとかでも良いので個室でなくてもする場所があると嬉しいと思う
