Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα ! Θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά σίγουρα !
Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπέροχο , άνετο και καθαρό . Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό από την πρώτη στιγμή . Πολύ καλοί άνθρωποι όλοι . Ήταν σε ήσυχο μέρος παρόλο που είναι κέντρο .

Cons:

Το κατάλυμα έχει 2 θέσεις στάθμευσης μπροστά από το κτίριο . Αν βέβαια υπάρχουν περισσότεροι ενικοί με αυτοκίνητο πρέπει να ψάχνεις γύρω γύρω θέση και το ηράκλειο πονάει σε αυτό το θέμα . Υπάρχει πολύ κοντά ιδιωτικό Πάρκιν και το αφήναμε εκεί .

Pros:

Emplacement (à 10min du centre), jacuzzi dans l'appartement qui est très spacieux, propre et beau. Calme. Place de parking juste devant l'hôtel (il n'y en a que 2).

Emplacement dans la ville; jacuzzi préparé et rempli à temperature correcte à l'avance

Cons:

Le voisinage immédiat : maisons abandonnées en face à 10 metres des fenetres meme au 4eme etage + garage scooters au pied de l'immeuble (70 garés ds la rue) et travail tard le soir; pas de serrure juste code pas top; le matelas est de qualité insuffisante; jacuzzi avec tres tres peu de bulles

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for your stay. Super friendly staff. Recommend
Pros:

The apartment is pretty large, with a lot of new appliances and electronics, and two balconies. It's clean, with regular cleaning provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything you need is there. One exceptional touch is that the water is filtered with reverse osmosis. There's a huge bathroom with two sinks, two air conditioners, and two smart TVs that actually work, which isn't always the case. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't like the confusion created by Booking.com. When you book, it looks like you're booking the apartment with the jacuzzi, but it's actually a whole different class of apartment. I also didn't like that check-in instructions weren't provided beforehand, so we only found out how to check in once we arrived, with no guarantee in advance. The dishwasher broke on the second day, but the cleaning staff washed the dishes by hand, so it wasn't really an issue. The shower wasn't working correctly but was fixed the next day, so this wasn't a long-term issue.
