Stay was not at all enjoyable & much bellow expectation
Pros:

The staffs were good and provided their best service with their very limited resources and limited in numbers

Cons:

1. Not getting food/food to choice due to absences of in-house restaurants.
2. Inadequate room facilities, cleanliness & maintenance
3. Poor & inadequate service
4. Lack of professionalism
5. Location in a residential area with very limited access to outside eateries/restaurants, shopping, etc.

Pros:

The caretaker was very helpful during the stay and there was no distubance from them. But there was chaos during check-in and we had to repeatedly ask to clean the rooms.
