Fantastisk resa tillsammans med hela familjen.
Pros:

Perfekt boende för vår familj på 9 st ålder 2-61 år. Bra lägenheter med 2 sovrum och kök. Jättefint poolområde med vacker utsikt. Fantastisk service med ägaren Aldo i täten. Jag fick dessutom extra bonus med födelsedags överraskning, med sång och tårta, extra tack för det. Gick att välja frukost till, som var bra. Hjälp skjuts till Gamla stan i Tropea och gratis till ens stranden, samt hjälp med att ordna taxi till flygplatsen: Finns dessutom en väldigt vacker strand för snorkling på gångavstånd dock en brant trappa uppför. Bra trevliga restauranger i närheten.

Bel établissement avec magnifique vue
Pros:

Superbe terrasse avec piscine, excellents petits déjeuners, appartement et extérieur propres, vue magnifique sur la mer et les couchés de soleil.

Cons:

Le lit n'est pas agréable (trop mou) et le canapé lit encore moins.

It was clean. Close to everything we needed and the staff are great.

Their English isn’t great but this wasn’t a problem. Lovely people. No English channels on the tv’s.

As praias são espetaculares, água transparente e boa temperatura.
A zona da piscina está muito bonita e consegue ver um por do sol lindíssimo

Jestem rozczarowana.

Piękny widok z tarasu. Ogrod imponujący. Podobało mi się, że był bus , który woził gości na plażę . Uprzejma obsługa.

Jestem rozczarowana. Czytałam inne opinie przed i dzięki nim wybrałam ten obiekt. Dlatego myślę, że nie są one obiektywne. I myślę, że widok z tarasu nie jest jedyną wartością dla której Państwo wybierają apartamenty. Mój pokój rodzinny składał się z dwóch sypialni, kuchni i łazienki. Po wejściu „zaduch „.Kuchnia była mi niepotrzebna. Cały apartament był bardzo, bardzo ciemny. W wąskiej kuchni był stolik w przejściu a krzesła trzeba było przynosić z tarasu. Zdecydowanie brakowało miejsca , żeby usiąść razem. Przed wejściem był jakby też mały i wąski taras na którym stała suszarka do bielizny i stół z krzesłami. I klimatyzacja w kuchni , która ledwo działała.. Ręczniki , które kiedyś może były białe ! Teraz już nie! No i śniadania znajdowały się na drugim
piętrze , bez windy. Myślę , że osoby starsze i z kontuzjami miałyby problem . To wszystko sprawiło, że starałam się jak najmniej spędzać czasu w tym pokoju. Oczywiście, że prosiłam o zmianę pokoju ale nie było takiej możliwości.

Adding to this initial review above; given I was contacted by the property about how negative our review was.

The positives; the bar staff were friendly, they provided good service and made a great drinks. Free snacks were provided with our drinks. The man who checked us out was very pleasant. The restaurant we went to had great food and staff. This was recommended to us by the woman who checked us in, who was also pleasant. There is good parking available on site.

Cons:

We don’t feel like this property was represented well. It felt like we were staying in a motel from the 60’s and the pool area had been upgraded but our rooms hadn’t.

I was contacted by the property about my review above so my husband and I are adding background information as to why we didn't enjoy our stay to be fair to the owners and anyone reading this.

Our unit was in a corner tucked away under the main deck area. It was very dark, the kitchen / living area was extremely small and literally had one small square table with one chair. Keep in mind that our apartment was booked for three adults and only two of us arrived, so we expected that at least two of us could sit in this area if we chose. There were two bedrooms which were of a good size. But, the beds were exceptionally hard. The whole environment was not appealing, claustraphobic, and felt like we were in a concrete bunker. We have looked back at the photographs on booking.com and we don't feel like our room was accurately represented. If we had to stay more than one night, we would have left but we just needed a bed for the night after a long drive so we stayed.

We were charged $Euro3 for each towel we used at the pool, something we had not experienced in three weeks touring Italy or since.

I was asked why we didn't ask for a better room if we didn't like it. If there were better rooms available, we are of the opinion we should have been provided with one from the outset. It should not be something mentioned being an option once our review was made public. Hope this helps.

The grounds and the pool were very well kept. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Our room was a bit dated and on the second floor at the back of the building. Reception office and breakfast area were also on the second floor on the other side of the building, which are not connected. There are no elevators so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable sleep and there wasn’t any space to put your clothes on.
