Pros:

出地鐵站就是飯店非常方便，櫃檯人員日文英文都通，也很友善，有耐心又細心。

Cons:

去年第一次來住的時候就發現這間飯店的室內小家電、燈具跟家具挑選得很好、很精心，這次第二次住宿發現維護上似乎沒有那麼好，或許是清潔維護比較不到位，也可能是因為住宿的客人不夠珍惜，有點可惜。

Great hotel for families and those wanting to avoid bustling city of Tokyo
Pros:

I might regret giving this hotel a high rating because then everyone will book this hotel solid the next time I stay. XD. But anyway, this hotel was great to stay at. Front desk concierge upgraded us to a room with a view and a kitchenette which was awesome. Very conveniently located near exit 4 at Nihon-Odori Station. Right across street from 7-11 and below the hotel is Daily Yamazaki. There's a breakfast buffet option that offers the cafe "Coffee-Kan" exclusively to guests til 10am. And close to Chinatown/Motomachi Street/Yamashita Koen. I will definitely be staying again because Tokyo is just too overcrowded now and rooms are a lot smaller than this one in Yokohama! Mahalo again. Yokohama > Tokyo. hahaha.

Cons:

Honestly, the only thing I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't stay longer.

This hotel was really beautiful, and was in the right location to where we wanted to go.

地點真的太棒了！地鐵站一出來就是飯店門口，離港邊散步5分鐘、中華街10分鐘。行政套房海景房的view非常棒！遇到的櫃檯人員每一位都很友善。一樓大廳旁還有一個可以免費享用的咖啡休息區域

Pros:

The harbour view was great, as were the facilities in the room.
Easy walk to brick stone buildings and china town as well as metro station right next door. 7/11 200 mths from hotel and there are 2 cafes within the building.

Cons:

The tiny modular bathroom that felt like it was uneven and we could hear a dog yapping in a room nearby us. Not sure what the pet policy is.

Very handy for the cruise port and excellent and helpful staff

We stayed in Yokohama specifically for this hotel due to the big rooms, comfort and the beautiful area. We were allowed to check in early and even got upgraded! Towels and even coffee etc are refilled every day.

We'd happily return to this hotel again and highly recommend it!

Good location but noisy

The location was excellent if you’re going on a cruise

Cons:

It was very noisy but from the road traffic and from the people walking in the halls so the rooms are not very well insulated and they did not find complementary water in the rooms.
