A decent hotel in Yokohama
Pros:

It is right on top of the train station Nihon-Odori and close to Yamashita Park. The room is big and there is a mini kitchen that I didn't use. The view from the room was great. I saw Mt. Fuji from my room one day.

Cons:

The room was a bit warm and the air conditioner was hard to adjust to bring in some cooler air. Thus, I had a bit of trouble sleeping.

Best cruise hotel & staff in yokohama!!!!! <3
Pros:

The check in process was easy, the waiting lounge was comfortable and convenient. The coffee amazing. I tall very handsome staff member on the desk helped me solve an issue with my luggage that was from a previous stay in tokyo not this hotel. He was able to organise the company to send my bag to a location close to my next hotel in Asakusa. Omg I was so happy!! He literally made my whole holiday in Japan the best ever. We came of a cruise and this hotel was highly recommended.
The shared space and gym was a perfect area to relax and share a meal. I will definitely come back and hopefully see him again..

Cons:

I didn't like that I forgot his name and that I didn't give him a gift.

Tout à fait satisfait, à recommander sans hésitation.
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour les déplacements à pieds. De plus comme nous partons en croisière, nous sommes à 5-10 minutes de marche du port.
Le personnel de l’hôtel est gentil, serviable, soucieux de notre bien-être et ce, tant à la réception qu’à la salle du 7 eme étage.
A notre arrivée on nous a annoncé qu’on nous avait alloué une chambre supérieure à celle réservée…on avait vue sur la mer et quelle vue!!! Encore merci pour ce cadeau.
Le lit était confortable.

Cons:

Malgré l’équipement « cuisinette » dans la chambre, l’espace est plutôt restreint pour y prendre un repas. Par contre la pièce au 7 eme étage avec café, thé et fours permet facilement de s’y installer et de manger sur place. Cela devient alors un bon compromis pour qui veut manger ici sans aller au restaurant…toujours propre et bien entretenu.
La salle de bain, bien que fonctionnelle, est très petite …très peu de place pour y déposer nos choses.

Excellent location within walking distance of cruise terminal.
Pros:

We were upgraded for free to a larger room. We were able to walk to the cruise terminal, it was that close. The beds were firm and comfortable.

Wonderful experience for our first visit to Yokohama.
Pros:

Proximity to our needs. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. Clean, quiet, well decorated rooms. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests! Excellent buffet breakfast, lots of choices and very flavorful!
