また、利用したい
Pros:

チェックイン前に荷物預かりをお願いしたのですが、笑顔で快く預かってくだらって尚且つ丁寧な対応でした。
立地もよく、室内も大変清潔で、なにより同じフロアの宿泊者のドア開閉の音や廊下を歩く音など聞こえず静かで快適でした。

Cons:

最近の宿泊施設では、YouTubeなどネットTV環境が整っているところが多いのですが、泊まったお部屋には無くて、同行者が残念に思ったようです。
私個人としては、硬めのベッドが好みなので柔らかすぎて…ですが、同行者は満足してました

Pros:

房間很大，離地鐵站很近，到博多車站也只有一站的距離。電梯要感應，且只能到自己的樓層，管制很安心

Pros:

Buona posizione per visitare il tempio principale. 10 minuti a piedi dagli yatay lungo il camale. Utilizzato servizio lavanderia ottimo.

Allez y seulement pour l'emplacement
Pros:

L'emplacement est le seul atout de cet hôtel.
Je ne comprends pas les si bonnes notes attribuées à cet établissement.
Dès mon arrivée, à peine entrée dans la chambre je constate que les toilettes n'ont pas été nettoyées, la chasse pas tirée.
J'ai obtenu un changement de chambre.
Le monsieur qui s'est occupé de cet incident ne s'est même pas excusée, il a continué à me parler japonais en sachant parfaitement que je ne comprenais pas. Pourtant il existe des tas d'applications pour ça.
Je ne blâme pas tout le personnel bien sûr, mais l'accueil c'est un point fondamental.

Cons:

L'accueil froid lors du Check in, je n'ai pas pu entrer dans ma chambre avant l'heure prévue. Ce qui ne m'est jamais arrivé avec aucun autre hotel au Japon en 1 mois.
C'est le seul hotel où j'ai dû payer pour faire garder mes bagages après le Check out.

以福岡來說，價格其實很親民，雖然不是在博多周圍，但也只要再多搭一站，交通還算便利，但周遭飲食相對沒有這麼方便。

Attention il y a plusieurs hôtels Reference dans la ville ! On s'est trompé.
