離博多站僅一站，要參加一日團在博多集合的非常方便不用趕。晚上非常安靜，房間、廁所乾淨整潔，櫃台都是2個人都非常有禮貌都很有笑容。地鐵祇園站2號出口直走轉彎就到，地鐵出口沒電扶梯可能要繞其他出口進出。

安靜、離地鐵站位置近，地鐵出來回到飯店路上有7-11可以順便買。

혼자 여행이면 추천합니다.
Pros:

하카타역에서 약 15분 거리 (걸음)
방은 큰 케리어 2개 펼치고도 남음
구석에 케리어 보관같은 곳이 있다. (맞는지 모르겠음)
화장실 작음 , 욕조는 내 기준 딱 적당함
1층 어빌리티는 사워용품 , 얼음 , 정수기 , 세탁기 (유료)
작은 무료 아이스크림 , 커피 있음
로비는 작아서 없는거나 마찬가지
체크인 전 짐 맡아줌
나오면 큰 사거리에 패밀리 마트 있음
주위에 먹거리 식당은 하카타역 방향으로 걸어야 보임
아님 먹고 들어와야함 , 나카스나 캐널시티 산책다니면서 다니기 좋음
컵은 작아서 개인적으로 돈키에서 500ml 짜리 플라스틱 컵 사서 얼음과 함께 음료수 , 술 즐김
요금과 별개로 관광세 1200엔 지불함

예약했을때 호텔에 메세지 보내거나 확인 꼭 필요함
유료마사지도 있는데 아로마 마사지 시원함 기회되면 받아보셈
하카타역에서 4정거장 버스로 가면 호텔30초 거리임
지하철 이용하면 3분 정도 걸어야함
3일에 한번 청소해줌 , 수건은 매일 문 앞에 리필해줌
방 크기가 작다고 하는 분들 리뷰 보이는데 이건 큰 편이다.
캐리어 1개 펼치기도 힘든 방 있다.
내 캐리어가 28 26 인데 2개 피고도 남는다.
좋은 정보가 됐길 바란다.

뉴스에서 많이 나오긴 했지만
관광세에 대해서 호텔 가기 전까지 아무도 안내가 없다.
한국은 옆나라 라서 뉴스도 많이 나오고 하지만
다른 나라 사람들은 생소할 수 있으니 적극 안내가 필요하다.

また、利用したい
Pros:

チェックイン前に荷物預かりをお願いしたのですが、笑顔で快く預かってくだらって尚且つ丁寧な対応でした。
立地もよく、室内も大変清潔で、なにより同じフロアの宿泊者のドア開閉の音や廊下を歩く音など聞こえず静かで快適でした。

Cons:

最近の宿泊施設では、YouTubeなどネットTV環境が整っているところが多いのですが、泊まったお部屋には無くて、同行者が残念に思ったようです。
私個人としては、硬めのベッドが好みなので柔らかすぎて…ですが、同行者は満足してました
