A estação próxima do hotel (Shinjuku) te leva facilmente para qualquer lugar.
Quarto limpo, a cama era ok, travesseiros também.
Banheiro do quarto era bom, podia até ser menor (em comparação com o restante do quarto)

Cons:

O quarto era muito pequeno e mal dividido. Banheiro imenso e espaço útil do quarto minúsculo.
Peguei o quarto japonês e basicamente era um colchão no chão, não exatamente o que esperava. A cama era king, mas claramente o quarto não comportava uma cama desse tamanho, o que nos deixou totalmente sem espaço para nada. A mesa que poderíamos usar para comer mal cabia no espaço deixado pela cama e de resto era um mini corredor, para abrir as malas foi um sufoco.
A lavanderia impossível de usar, só tinham quatro lavadoras e delas 2 quebradas.
Não tinha filtro de água nos andares, tínhamos que descer para o B1 para abastecer e às vezes tinha uma fila enorme de pessoas (o hotel tem mais de 13 andares)
O café da manhã não era ruim, mas igual todos os dias, então para estadias longas eu não recomendo. Além disso, tivemos um problema de comunicação sobre a hospedagem, a equipe respondeu uma informação via booking e chegando lá era outra coisa.. a pessoa da recepção não foi muito aberta em ajudar
Fora que a localização do hotel apesar de ser boa para sair para outros lugares da cidade, era bem pouco amigável. Local bem sujo, vimos ratos e baratas na rua. E várias casas de acompanhantes em volta, pessoas bêbadas todos os dias, sinceramente não recomendo principalmente se for se hospedar com crianças.

L’emplacement est idéal, l’hôtel est calme, la chambre est fonctionnelle, le petit déjeuner est bon.

L’hôtel est très calme, il n’y a aucun bruit malgré son emplacement au coeur de Shinjuku, le quartier très animé le soir.
La salle de bains est super, avec les toilettes japonaises.

Nice stay in Shinjuku
Pros:

Shinjuku Station is very close to the hotel, making it easy to get around and explore other parts of Tokyo and other prefectures. On the other hand, Kabukicho is a very lively area, with plenty of hustle and bustle, even early in the morning.
We stayed in a queen room on the 11th floor and really appreciated the view! The room was small but clean, and the bathroom was very clean and spacious enough.

Cons:

Honestly, we loved everything about the hotel. The only cons was its location, in the heart of Kabukicho, a very lively area that can be quite noisy, even early in the morning. Just skip this neighborhood next time or choosing an other position in Shinjuku!

Top Lage, unflexibler Service
Pros:

Die Lage mitten in Shinjuku ist super. Klar, es ist im Ausgehviertel, aber in den Zimmern hört man gar nichts (und ich bin sehr empfindlich), es ist ruhig. Man ist sehr schnell an der Bahnstation.
Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, für japanische Verhältnisse positiv weich. Das Bad war funktional und die Dusche gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, das muss man bedenken. Wir hatten sogar ein Upgrade, aber es war dennoch ultra klein, ist für Tokyo leider normal.
Leider ist das Hotel maximal unflexibel.
Wir hatten 5 Monate (!) vor unserem Aufenthalt angefragt, eine Nacht zu verkürzen auf 4 Nächte, das ließ man nicht zu, da die eine Nacht angeblich (5 Monate vorher) nicht mehr vermietet werden kann. Auch ein früherer Check-In war jedem Gast, der nach 20 Stunden Reise ankommt, verwehrt. Man kann zumindest ein Getränk anbieten etc. Etwas gastfreundlicher kann man auch in Tokyo sein, so wie wir es im restlichen Teil von Japan erlebt haben.
