Nice room and helpful staff especially in the restaurant. The operating service levels need upgrading and the pool area
Pros:

Good parking and friendly staff

Cons:

The room had no towels when we arrived and several of the lights did not work. The wet shower also wets the whole bathroom making it slippery when using the bathroom at a later time.
The rooftop pool was not clean or looked after. There is green mould on the windows overlooking the pool and the gym area was completely covered in water, making the area unusable.
