Pros:

Room was clean, spacious, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Check in took long time almost 1 hour waited for the room to get cleaned.

Bathroom should have closed door as the water has leaked out of the room and wet the tiles outside.

Doesn’t do justice to the brand Novotel. May be these kind of hotels should be there in different brand name so that we can book accordingly.

Amazing breakfast selections, Rooms good spacious, pool nice, service good, food and drinks quite expensive.
Pros:

Property was in a good location, nearby to the airport
