Facility location is in the center and you can reach everything by walking. Outstanding staff and very helpful with everything.

Spotless, very modern accommodation in a central location
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. Amazing location right on one of the main streets of the Old Town with easy access to everything.

Net aan voldoende
Pros:

De kamer zelf was prettig: ruim, met een keukentje, een groot bed en een ruime badkamer. De locatie is ook echt goed, midden in het centrum van Bolzano. Daarnaast was het erg handig dat er een parkeerplaats onder het hotel aanwezig was.De kamer was daarnaast goed schoon.

Cons:

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding viel wel tegen. Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer naast de receptie, waar we veel geluid hoorden van pratend personeel. Omdat we lichte slapers zijn, hebben we gevraagd om een andere kamer. Dat kon alleen tegen bijbetaling, wat we uiteindelijk hebben gedaan. We kregen vervolgens een kamer op de vierde verdieping, naast de 24/7 geopende gym.

Dat bleek helaas geen verbetering: er werd op onregelmatige tijden gesport, waarbij gewichten hard op de grond werden gegooid, wat flinke klappen veroorzaakte. Daarnaast was er veel geluid van andere kamers, waardoor het vrijwel nooit echt stil was—hooguit tussen 03:00 en 06:00 uur.

Ook werkte de airco slecht, wat extra vervelend was met 37 graden buiten. Er wordt wel geadverteerd met airconditioning, maar in de praktijk was dat nauwelijks effectief. Verder was er geen mogelijkheid om te streamen op de televisie in de kamer, wat in een hotel van deze prijsklasse eigenlijk wel te verwachten is. Tot slot rook één kant van het bed sterk naar salami, wat niet prettig was.

Pros:

The apt is very new, big and mordern and is fully furnished. It locates centrally in old center of Bolzano. The local market, supermarkets and shops/cafes are nearby. Check in is easy. They even send me free transport pass. But regretely We stayed only 1 night and no time to use it. Highly recommended if you want to visit Bolzano.

Cons:

It is far away from Sedeca, Trecime, Alpe di siusi…, 2,5-3h drive.

Pros:

Расположение отличное, очень все близко, напротив хороший продуктовый магазин. В комнате можно все приготовить покушать. Понравилось, что можно оставить чемоданы на время после выселения.

Cons:

очень расстроило что в конце проживания нужно было оплатить городской налог - не предупредили при заселении и при оплатах предварительных!!! это было неожиданно и испортило впечатление от проживания.

룸 및 화장실 넓이도 매우 넓어 쾌적함

기차역에서 도보로 15분 소요되고 캐리어로 이동하기 힘듦.
버스로 이동하는 것도 고려해 볼 만함

Lokalita bola výborná, oproti Archeologického muzea, kúsok od centra, možnosť parkovať v podzemnej garáži až do 15:00 hod. bola super.
Personál bol veľmi milý, ústretový /privítala nás slovenka/.
