Pros:

Отель очень хороший и удобно расположен. Номер был чистым, а при заселении меня приятно удивил очень приятный аромат в гостинице. Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный и профессиональный.

Однако есть и небольшие минусы: утром в номер попадают прямые солнечные лучи, а вечером бывает довольно шумно из-за пения птиц. Но это уже дело природы, и исправить это мы не можем. 😀

Satisfied and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast, location is good. The front desk staff Mr Shakhriyor is especially warm and helpful.

Cons:

This is my first stay of 2 nights. I re-visited on 17May after returning from Samarkand. The second check-in made me and wife quite upset and disappointed. I will detail in the feed back of my second visit on 17May.

Overall, the stay in Uzbekistan is good. We plan to come back again
Pros:

Breakfast and location is good.

Cons:

We were satisfied with our first stay from 14 to16May. This second check-in made us disappointed and upset.
We arrive lately around 12:00 midnight from Samarkand. The front desk staff was serving 3 customers check-in with bundles of cash. We have to wait over 20 minutes as no other spare staff.
I was asked to pay the rent which is higher than the daily room rate of our first visit few days before. I was confirmed by hotel email through booking.com that the room rate will be same as my first visit. I requested to pay another morning after taking my booking documents from big luggage. I was denied. I could hear the reason is due to exchange, should book directly to hotel, due to exchange of cryptocurrency and ..............
I can see the tax is same and the room rate is higher. But we are going to pay by credit card in Uzbekistan currency. Nothing relate to what exchange to me. My exchange is due to my credit card settlement with my bank. Already dragged long time and my wife is very tired. So I paid first and went to room.
Why is rate is not the same as hotel already promised?
Why I cannot pay the other morning as I have my credit card guaranteed in the booking?
Difference is around UZS 7X,XXX. Not much. But disappointed of not keeping promise and the staff is making any foolish reason. Also not consider our tireness of late arrival and allow us to settle the bill matter the other morning. BAD ATTITUDE OF THIS MAN.
Lucky to meet the friendly, warm and helpful Mr Shakhriyor when we check-out.
Hope the hotel can give me an proper explanation.

コスパより快適を求めるならOK
Pros:

コスパは良くないが、タシケント駅付近ではよいホテル。バスローブあり。バザール徒歩圏内。バザールでお目当てのフルーツを購入ついでに味見でいろいろと入れてもらえる。６月からはリンゴ、ナシも出回るがとにかく核果類と乾燥果実が秀逸。蟠桃が特に素晴らしい。

Cons:

シャワーのみ。もちろんウオッシュレットはなし。ごわごわタオル（これは水もあるので仕方ないが）。朝食もローカルの旬のフルーツや新鮮な乳製品が少なく、ウズベキスタンらしさがない。６月だったので実にもったいない。

Great location and value for money
Pros:

The hotel has a super location very close to the railway station, so it is ideal if you are arriving late or departing early in the morning. Many of the rooms look directly at the Russian Orthodox Cathedral, which is very impressive. The staff are professional and well organised, and the buffet breakfast is one of the best in Tashkent. For the quality of the hotel and service, it is excellent value for money.

Pros:

Понравилось только завтраки но на них далеко не уедешь.

Cons:

Номера просто ужас, за такие деньги (200 долларов сутки). Пошел дождь все побежало окна бежали. Свет постоянно пропадал приходил мастер стучал по прибору куда вставляешь карточку и уходил сказал все норм. Сам ремонт в номерах просто ужасно сделан. Уборка лучше бы не приходила после них нужно волосы по ванне собирать которых ранее не было ну в общем говорить еще много можно.
