If you want to stay in over priced student accommodation this place is amazing. It is not suitable for business trips.
had everything I needed (except elevator)-had to carry up bags up 4 flights of stairs on a very narrow staircase but expected for London

I really enjoyed the hotel’s location and the consistently excellent service from Bob. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, with great attention to guests’ needs, for example, providing a UK adapter, which was especially helpful. The room was small, as is common in London, but very well designed and functional.
The cleanliness was good overall, although it could be improved.
Great location. Very clean and well equipped room. Super breakfast option, really liked a bar named Elvi's which is just a few minutes by walk. Super responsive and helpful staff via a WhatsApp chat.
I chose Bob because I was looking for a place with gym equipment however the gym was around 12 minutes away by walk...which is not exactly a facility within the building. My room was on the 3rd floor (no lift) which could be inconventient if I was carrying things or if I had mobility issues.

All was amazing! Lovely room , amazing staff from start to finish, close to everything and very clean room
The bed was too hard fir us. And room was too small. It was not possible to walk properly from the end of the bed, so the person who slept on the window side had to come over the other out of the bed
It was close by to everything, Paddington station was a 4 minute walk. It is situated in a nice quiet part of London. Only took 25 mins to be in the centre of London. There are many little shops nearby which open till late. The rooms are excellent, comfortable and very clean. There was a little kitchen with fridge and microwave. There are a few additional extras too, a retro gaming device, hairdryer and iron.
It took a little time with the keyless entry, which was on my phone. If your phone dies then you are not getting in. I tried ringing reception so that we could get an earlier check in but no one answered. The do use WATTs App but take a time getting back. There was a fan provided but still was a little warm, but thats the weather in the UK, unpredictable.
