Pros:

The location was next to the train station and within walking distance to Emirates Stadium. Room was brilliant stayed with my boys it hadeverything in it will definitely stay again

Poor experience
Pros:

I couldn't access my room due to a mix up with the lock box.
However having now spoken to the owner I received an apology and full refund.

Cons:

Arriving at 11:15pm I couldn't access the room due to there being no key in the lock box.
There was no answer on any of the 2 mobile numbers provided, I'm assuming due to the late arrival.
I had to find alternative accommodation which wasn't great as a lone female in London late at night.
While I received a full refund and apology from the owner, I would be reluctant to book any accommodation like this in the future

Location is fantastic with the tube right on the doorstep with lots of food places.
Pros:

Having so much close by and getting a full message before our welcome to recommend food places was great.

Cons:

Being in basement with no open windows or doors was the only downside. There was also a large hole in the bedroom ceiling wall on top of the dressing table that freaked us out a bit.

No Air conditioning is the real issue, did have a sliding door to balcony but air con would have really helped.

Highly recommended, would return when next in the area
Pros:

Excellent location, easy to check in and out. Room has everything you need, lots of amenities and comfy beds. Very clean.

Cons:

Would appreciate proper curtains, it was so bright in the morning. Two of us has eye masks, but those didn’t were woken very early.

Dirty - large grey/animal hairs.
Strange window/door in lower ground room mean potential people could see in.
Tried to contact (as did booking.com) and no resolution.
Didn’t feel safe, very disappointing
