Horrible. The staff was smoking pot in the lobby at 1 am

This place was horrible. You guys gave me a confirmation. That gave away my room. I want my money back and I want a $500 travel credit for future use. They gave away my room. I couldn’t find a room until 2am. I am soooo angry. Call me. 704 754 3193

Worst hotel experience. Poor management. Left guests stranded.
Cons:

Poor management, dirty lobby bathroom. Rude staff. Worst of all, they oversold the rooms and had a leak in some of the rooms, so they were short several rooms. So several guests (including me) slept in the car. No apologies or compensation from management.

Horrible customer service
Pros:

We didn’t even get to stay there at all. They gave our room away as we was an hour out of getting close to the hotel. We stayed somewhere else for double the cost for two nights . I was pissed !!

Cons:

Give us two free nights for another time .

I'm not satisfied; I would never do it again
Cons:

It may not be the most expensive hotel, but basic cleanliness should be maintained. The toilet was splattered with urine, the refrigerator was dirty, the cabinets were covered in some kind of sticky substance, old socks were lying around, the microwave was unsanitary, and so on. There's no soundproofing; it feels like you're sleeping right next to the street. The Wi-Fi barely works and keeps disconnecting. The hallway smells dirty.

Cons:

Didn't have room with 2 queen beds available that was booked. King with pull out couch was provided. Couch linens had yellow stains and crumbs on it. Hotel appears to be a long-term stay business for construction workers and section 8 housing residents, very sketchy vibe.
