Cons:

The system they have to charge your credit card is ridiculous. We almost got to a situation in which I was not able to pay. AC on my room was not working properly

It was adequate for a short stay of 3 nights.I was glad I didn't have to be in the room much.
Pros:

The location was fine but a bit noisy. It was pretty clean overall but surfaces weren't being wiped down daily. The shower was great and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The main drawback was the size of the room. It was so small I felt like I could hardly turn around. Housekeeping kept forgetting to leave hot cups and water

Great stay! Great location!
Pros:

The location was ideal. Very close to food and shopping. There were a lot of great places within walking distance. The staff was really helpful with providing options for the surrounding area as well.

Pros:

This is well designed, clean and friendly hotel. It's exactly between Central Park and Downtown Manhattan, so it's perfect for short trip. It felt welcoming and safe and I plan to visit again.

Cons:

The elevators have their own agenda 😅 the work well but the waiting time...

This place is fantastic!
Pros:

This is a go to location when I am staying overnight in NYC. Love the location, the great staff and the value! I always feel extremely safe here and have enjoyed each of my stays here. Will definitely stay here again.
