as always staff is great, rooms clean along with the entire hotel and breakfast is on point

clean well maintained and staff the staff friendly an helpful

Cons:

was there for a carshow and had a part stolen off my car while the car was parked outside the front lobby doors. The part that was stolen took a bit of time and nothing was seen or heard.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Pancakes were fun to watch coming off the conveyor belt and delicious too!

Cons:

No alarm clock in the room. Pillows way way to soft...no support for your neck.

You should stay here for your Dells trip!
Pros:

Besides not having a microwave un the room everything was beyond great. The staff was friendly and courteous. I loved the pancakes for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room was especially nice. I enjoyed the shower head like a heavy warm rainfall.

Cons:

I wish there was a microwave in the room. There was a common one in the lobby

How close it was to everything.

Cons:

The shower has hairs, the bed sheets were dirty had to ask on Saturday morning for a new set. When we got back stay evening noticed how the shower wasn’t clean because there was stains in places. Then the fire alarm went off on sat morning and no one bother to ask us anything I had to call the front desk to see if things were ok! The location is good but the cleaning
Of the rooms could be better not worth the 300 dollars for two nights
