Have seen better places, will choose another hotel next time.
Pros:

Reasonable price, close to the airport (about 20 minutes drive) and to the bus station Kilikia.
Armenia is a beautiful country!

Cons:

The hotel located on a small street, and if you want to get to the civilization, you have to walk uphill on the dusty gravel road, not the most pleasant experience.
There is no shower cabin, just the drain hole in the bathroom floor, so all the water distributes around the bathroom floor, making it very slippery. And some mold on the walls due to high humidity, which is very unsafe. It also could use a shelf in the bathroom, there isn't any place to put the shampoo or the toothbrush.
We have lived there for about 6 days, the room have never been cleaned or even trash bin 🗑 emptied.
The room itself is tiny, no place for clothes or even for a suitcase. Just few hooks behind the door.

Смутило отсутствие полочек и линолеум на полу в санузле и отслаивающиеся краска со стен. Но для меня было это некритично

Для одной ночевки нормально
Pros:

Приемлемая цена. Хозяин встретил в 2 часа ночи. Когда не было воды из-за аварии хозяин принес 5л питьевой воды. Большое спасибо владельцу за отзывчивость.

Cons:

Горячая вода работала с перебоями, возможно нужно было уточнить как пользоваться. Одну ночь были шумные соседи до 2 часов музыка и громко разговаривали.

Ok pentru pret
Pros:

Camera decenta , apa calda wifi f bun proprietarul amabil ne a primit la 2 noaptea nu știa o boaba de engleză. Sa aveți cash pentru plata hotelului. In apropiere se mănâncă f bine la Downtown foodcourt.

То что можно было поспать

Всё не понравилось, сказали будет всё в номере, кондиционер отказали включать, утюга не было, фена не было, кухни нет сказали, кофе спросил, сказали что в номере всё есть. тюбик шампуня молюсенький на 3 человека и на 2 ночи как то смешно. В 9 утра оказывается телевизор нельзя слушать

Не понравилось ничего.
Это бомж вариант.
Находится в 3,5 км от площади Республики, напротив мойки, которая работает круглосуточно.
Слышимость 200%.
Муравьи в номере.
Это промзона, метров 300 вы будете добираться по неосвещенной дороге, где дикие собаки будут вас облаивать.
Кровать, где пружины выпирают наружу.
Не рекомендую однозначно.

Todo muy bien, me gustó pero si es un poco caro, hotel limpio, personal amable, solo cumplan lo que ofrecen o digan que

Cons:

Ofrecieron cocina y al final no me dejaron cocinar como habían dicho y si se usaba se pagaba pero no lo especificaba, ofrecieron TV pero no había.

Недалеко від центру

Cons:

Найбільше всього не сподобалось- це шум від дороги і від мийки самообслуговування яка працює цілодобово. В мене не було великих очікувань від помешкання враховуючи ціну. Але базові речі повинні покриватись- поспати і помитись. Спати не могли через шум і старі матраци з пружинами які вже вилізли. Вода в душі постійно змінювалась- то дуже гаряча то зовсім холодна. А один вечір не було зовсім ніякої води, адміністратор не відповідала в чому причина і коли зʼявиться. Дуже все старе. Також було дивним наявність чайнику, але відсутність чашок, або 1 одноразова ложка на 2х) та інші несуттєві незручності

A small room with a lot of dampness and humidity in the walls, the host asked me to check out even though I still had one night left and I had paid for it. I regret the behavior of the host like this hotel. Also the room has a problem in heating. The shower is sometimes hot sometimes cold
