Resting Pods - Zzzleepandgo Wien Airport

The bed was a weird shape and impossible to get comfortable on. The AC was also really bad and it got hot without keeping the ceiling open, which let in too much light when it was open.

Touch screen control did not working so the room was to hot to sleep properly, there were people coming and going all night form 9:00pm to 01:00 am so trying to sleep was difficult due to the noise and people not respecting a quite zone.

Too hot and too much light coming into the pod. The screen to close the ceiling was broke and the bed was really uncomfortable

I am a first-time user, so a few points for improvement:

1. Check-in is confusing. Please paste clear instructions outside the pod door, including the password that is only in the email.
2. Pod was stuffy all night even with ventilation ON (loud fan sound) and roof slider open.
3. Check-out instruction was not clear.
4. No WhatsApp / QR contact on the pod - I had to make an expensive international call to reach you, as the email does not list a WhatsApp text option.

Please add WhatsApp contact outside the door - would be a big help for travelers.

As I incurred an international call cost to resolve this, I would appreciate a small credit / discount voucher as goodwill for my next stay.

There was no ventilation or A/C , the only way you can get some air is by opening the roof. The code I was send didn't worked and had to call to get a new one. The Pod smelled like death.

The location is outside the transfer area så you need to go out and then go through security check again when it’s time for your next flight, which defeats the purpose of booking this uncomfortable pod instead of a hotel to save some time while you do transfer over night.
The condition of the pod was horrible. Too hot inside, no ac or air circulation, the mattress was upside down and when checked the side that should have been up it was totally teared up. It was covered with blue sheet like in the dentist office, so don’t expect real bed with bed sheets and pillow, yes no pillow!! The pod had zero sound isolation so you can hear your neighbours talking, their phones alarm, people passing by. It’s simply more quiet in any other corner at the airport.
Self check in instructions and self identification website was horrible and useless. Tried to contact their support and they kept sending back the same automated message on and on with reading my message.
