El sitio es muy bonito. Y los chicos nos ayudaron con las maletas que pesavan mucho. Tramquilo

No es como en las fotos. Pedimos una burbuja y nos dieron una de madera y nada que ver como en las fotos. Nada. El jacutsi carga tan lento que no pudimos bañarnos porque no se llena. Esta un poco dejado y mal cuidado.

Good for one time
Pros:

Location is perfect in nature. It’s lovely to be in the heart of it and surrounded by it. The jacuzzi was so good also. We stayed in the bubble and it was such a nice experience.

Cons:

I hate to write a bad review but here’s what I didn’t like:
- had organised through the WhatsApp to include a romantic package as a surprise for my wife for 90000cop = nothing was done. So that was disappointing
- you have to get tuk tuk backwards and forwards, was told it was 20-30000, It’s 40000
- also had organised through what’sapp massages but it only got sent after we got there and never spoke about when we arrived, so didn’t take it up anymore.
- no instructions for jacuzzi, had to work it out for ourselves and it was only late at night that we figured it. Realised how to get the bubbles cranking but it was too late at night
- very limited menu
- was told not to bring any food because it wasn’t allowed and then was told we could use the bbq?
- it’s a bit cold

Mooie plek
Pros:

Prachtige plek midden in de natuur. Het concept van de bubbel is erg leuk. Ontbijt was lekker. Personeel hielp de koffers naar de kamer tillen en ook weer toen we vertrokken. Dit was erg fijn was, want het is een behoorlijk steil stuk lopen van en naar de bubbel met een onverhard pad.

Cons:

Personeel spreekt geen woord Engels en blijven Spaanse spraakberichten sturen ondanks meermaals aangeven dat je het niet begrijpt. Dit maakt de communicatie erg lastig. De borden van het ontbijt werden niet opgehaald en stonden de hele dag buiten op onze tafel. De locatie is erg ver van het centrum waardoor het lastig kan zijn om een Uber te regelen. Het water van de jacuzzi was koud. Prijs is wel wat aan de hoge kant voor wat je krijgt.

Cons:

Dat de foto’s er fantastisch uitzien maar de realiteit zwaar tegenvalt! Zie mijn foto’s. De ‘bubble’ die wij hadden was zwaar verouderd, en je kon nog net door het oude kunststof heen kijken en de bovenkant was zeer slordig aan elkaar gelijmd. De jacuzzi zoals in de advertentie was een simpele plastic zak die je maar zo’n 40cm kon vullen. Als je een romantisch verblijf verwacht in je jacuzzi: zie foto’s

El concepto

Cons:

Las instalaciones se han deteriorado , no se ve limpio . Costo va calidad no es proporcional, la burbuja estaba rota y se entraba el agua , los implementos de la cocina estaban incompletos, no teníamos con que desayunar . Las toallas y sábanas aparentaban sucias .

Personnel gentil endroit tranquille

Cons:

L’emplacement est très bon mais manque d’entretien des lieux par exemple très sale à l’intérieur de la chambre le filet pour relaxer était en très mauvais état et très sale donc inutilisable.Le sentier qui mène aux installations est dangereux par endroits et manque d’éclairage aucune lumières à partir du sentier principal jusqu’à la chambre.Le garde corps à la sortie de la chambre est très dangereux car il n’y à aucun barreaux qui pourrait empêcher une chute et c’est très haut.Beaucoup de potentiel mais besoin d’un grand ménage et rénovation.Déjeuner inclus très moyen.Beaucoup de belles choses à voir aux alentours et d’activités à faire.Guatapé à voir absolument.Paysage magnifique!
