Clean and friendly staff!
Pros:

Although it was not in Tanah Rata (was15 min from Tanah Rata only) it a very good location to the activities, close to a mall, close to the tea plantations and mossy forest. The staff was friendly, special thanks to Denesh! The staff always asked if I was ok or needed something. There is a kitchen and dining hall and laundry service. Its a quiet place but if you love this you are at the right place!

Pros:

The highest and coolest area around. Plenty of parking spaces available too, very comfortable and convenient place to visit.

Cons:

The room was not very clean, and the bathroom was too small and uncomfortable for showering. There was a table provided but no chair to sit and eat properly. The towel was also too small. Overall, the stay could be improved with better cleanliness and facilities
