Literally the only thing we could think of was the coral on the beach - simple solution: bring water shoes!
A super experience! What a relaxed place and it has everything you need. Comfortable beach furniture, comfortable rooms wirh very nice bathrooms, a great restaurant and extremely nice staff they’re so friendly and helpful. I actually extended my stay by 5 nights because it’s just so relaxed. Also, their beach is perfect to the sunset. Price/quality is perfect. Also, bicycles are included in the room which is really convenient.

The rooms were comfortable, loved that we got free access to bikes, breakfast on the beach was lovely. Location works well, short ride from the busier spots on the island but also a short ride to the north to see the turtles and coral reef

Amazing personnel, great food & drinks as well as a very nice and clean room :)
We stayed in cabin 8 - one of the cabins furthest away from the entrance but closest to the staff area - and got woken up several times at 4-5am by the Rooster that was living in the staff area.
So unless you're particularly fond of early mornings, make sure you don't get one of the cabins furthest away from the entrance!

I loved everything about Gili Teak. The location was beautiful, the rooms were so big and the bed was so comfortable. I loved the open air bathroom and the fish were a lovely touch. I had my favourite hanging chair where I would bliss out to the amazing sunsets. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. I was travelling alone and was made to feel very welcome
I will definitely be back..!!!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Especially the bathroom - we were so surprised by the koi, and feeding them everytime we went to our room was our favourite thing to do. They gave us bicycles which was very thoughtful. Loved the vibe, the people, the food, everything!

Emplacement super !
Chambre sans aucune intimité, on doit vivre les rideaux fermés car passage des gens devant chaque chambre. Douche qui ne fonctionne pas très bien. Soit froid soit très chaud.
Huge rooms, comfortable bedding and linen, incredible free breakfast, great location right on the beach for sunset.
I loved the location but if you are wanting to be amongst all the action, then you will likely want to hire an electric bike to get around.
The place is beautiful and quite, a comfortable atmosphere, they also provide you with the bikes so you don't have to rent outside. You can enjoy great sunset from the beach front.
The open bathroom. The villa i stayed was at the end of the property with an open bathroom. Beside it, there was a construction site with many worker, it made us insecure. The staff did make a change to prevent any unwanted incidents, but they should have checked it before our arrival.
This hotel and room is very beautiful and located on a quiet part of the island which is nice. Bathroom with fish is a highlight. They supply bikes as well which is ideal since lots of things are located on the other side of the island.
Breakfast was okay. Juice and coffee were really good but plates were just fine. Great service though.
