L’hôtel est propre, la proximité de la ville, le calme et le petit coin Piscine détente à l’étage
La propriétaire explique bien comment prendre la navette pour aller voir le caminito del Rey et comment revenir à l’hôtel facilement
Juste explication pas facile à trouver parce que la route n’est pas accessible en voiture. Donc la propriétaire explique bien qu’il faut passer par la route rouge au sol. Continue jusqu’à une place rouge. Mais après on peut encore continuer avec la voiture parce qu’il y a environ 500 m pour pouvoir s’approcher se garer et vraiment il faut descendre une route caillouteuse à pied pour atteindre l’hôtel.

Abbiamo prenotato e pagato ma non abbiamo soggiornato in quanto quando siamo arrivati non c'era nessuno. La struttura si trova all'arrivo del Caminito del rey ma è segnalata malissimo e non ci si può arrivare con la macchina. Non la consiglio a nessuno anche perché si è lontani da tutto e arrivarci la sera vuol dire fare una strada buia e tortuosa.

Es muy acogedor, moderno y el personal excelente. Muy amables desde el primer momento, llegamos nerviosas y angustiadas porque veníamos perdidas y la verdad que genial, nos recomendaron muchas cosas para hacer por allí y la manera de poder volver al centro.
La única queja que tenemos es la ubicación
Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr nett und freundlich. Konnten am nächsten Tag unsere Motorradsachen für die Wanderung im Hotel lassen und danach abholen.

Our room’s terrace was perfect, great way to relax and enjoy the sunset.
Great location, short 3 min walk to shops and very close to the train station and shuttle bus for caminito del Rey.

Parking is limited but free and easy
Pool was small and simple but perfect for a quick soak with a view of the mountains.

La habitación es preciosa ,no le falta un detalle,además tiene piscina que nos vino super bien para combatir el calor.tiene un balcón con muy bonitas vistas..
las empleadas super amables y nos ayudaron mucho con un par de dudas que teníamos..así que todo súper bien y lo recomiendo 100%
Tener que irnos tan pronto
Největším plusem tohoto ubytování je jednoznačně jeho poloha. Je velmi blízko Caminito del Rey a nabízí krásný výhled na okolní hory. Pokud sem jedete především kvůli přírodě a soutěsce, je lokalita opravdu nádherná.
Bohužel jsme ale měli několik nepříjemných zkušeností. Personál, který byl během našeho pobytu přítomen, se velmi špatně domlouval anglicky, což značně komplikovalo komunikaci. V hotelu navíc nebyl běžně přítomen personál a pokud jsme něco potřebovali, museli jsme vše řešit přes Booking.
Velkým zklamáním pro nás bylo také to, že restaurace byla během našeho pobytu zavřená. Vzhledem k odlehlé lokalitě je přitom možnost stravování velmi omezená a bez auta je poměrně obtížné najít jiné místo, kde se najíst. V okolí navíc není obchod, kde by bylo možné si koupit alespoň základní potraviny.
Také jsme se snažili domluvit na dřívějším čase příjezdu, který je podle informací na Booking.com uveden jako možný, ale nebylo nám vyhověno. Stejně tak jsme potřebovali snídani o hodinu dříve kvůli rannímu vstupu na Caminito del Rey. Bohužel nebylo možné ani posunout čas snídaně, ani nám připravit něco malého den předem.
Možná jsme měli jednoduše smůlu, protože během našeho pobytu nebyl přítomen majitel a komunikovali jsme pouze s personálem, se kterým byla komunikace opravdu velmi obtížná.
