De fato é um motel, mas também funciona como hotel. Minha passagem foi rápida, apenas para dormir, paguei R$110. O café da manhã chega no quarto e era bom.
Não escutei barulho de outros quartos...
O bairro parece tranquilo.

Cons:

O local parecia limpo, mas havia um odor forte de suor, na cabeceira (argh! Nem vou imaginar nada)...

Pros:

A equipe super atenciosa, pedi pra mudar de quarto, fizeram isso sem nenhum problema, pedi lençol extra e também me deram, o café da manhã chegou na hora, o quarto tinha um bom espaço, o banheiro limpo, não tenho nenhuma crítica. Quero voltar.

Cons:

Não amei o primeiro quarto, tinha uma infiltração e um pouquinho de mofo,, mas como pedi uma troca e fizeram ela sem nenhum problema, o que tinha de ruim foi solucionado com muita atenção e cuidado, não considero isso como algo ruim. O segundo quarto que peguei foi excelente.
