A localização eh boa porquê para mim fazia sentido, e o quarto é bem gelado, não havia tanto barulho.

Cons:

Limpeza, todo dia aparecia uma baratinha e todo dia eu pedia para limparem o quarto, falaram q era culpa de uma detetizacao, mas claramente elas estavam em casa.
