Boa localização, preço bem justo ao que oferece proporcionando um bom custo benefício a quem necessita de reduzir custos em pequenas viagens de negócios. Apesar de ser um Motel e a viagem ter sido no final de semana, não tive problemas com barulhos excessivos dos vizinhos, o que eu esperava por ser Motel, e me surpreendi com isso.

Cons:

Quando cheguei no primeiro dia o quarto estava com muito cheiro de cigarro, porém é de difícil controle por parte dos gestores do local. É bem fácil de resolver, só ligar o ar condicionado com as janelas abertas e deixar um bom tempo funcionando para que haja a troca de ar no ambiente.
