当たりのホテルだった。
Pros:

2022年に改装されたとのことで、部屋はとても清潔で、禁煙なのも好印象でした。
フロントの方の電話対応をはじめ、食事の提供など、スタッフの皆さんの対応がとても丁寧で、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
今回は外で食事を済ませてからホテルへ向かいましたが、ホテルの食事メニューも種類が豊富で、価格も手頃だったので、次回はぜひ利用してみたいと思いました。
全体的に申し分なく、また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

Cons:

特に気になる点はありませんでしたが、予約時には部屋番号が分からないため、部屋番号に対応した駐車場所が少し分かりません。

ただ、電話で確認したところ、スタッフの方が丁寧に教えてくださったので、特に問題はありませんでした。

ゆったり過ごす事ができてよかったです。
Pros:

広くて一般的なビジネスホテルよりよかったかな？と、思います。朝食もお願いした時間に持って来ていただけたので、ありがたかったです。

Cons:

オートロック式で、フロントに連絡して開けてもらう形になっているのが、面倒臭いかな？と、思いましたが、出入りしない人なら気にならないかもしれません。

喫煙室から禁煙室への変更やこちらの都合で早朝出発にもかかわらず朝食を用意して頂きました。

Pros:

C’était un endroit très propre
Le personnel très professionnel et sympathique

Cons:

L’odeur de la chambre était fort désagréable
Le lit n’était pas vraiment confortable
Vous êtes enfermé dans la chambre, il faut appeler la réception pour en sortir c’est donc psychologiquement un peu flippant

Pros:

We chose to stay in Pinon is because of the location is close to わに塚sakura.
Only 8 mins drive from hotel.

Even we wanna take Mt Fuji photo early in the morning with Sunrise. We can sleep until 4am and drive to the Sakura place.

The staff were all so friendly. Even they dont speak English well but will still try their best to communicate.

The room is so clean and big. We enjoyed our stay so much so we decided to extend 4 more nights while we escape from the rainy days.

We will definitely come back whenever we visit わに塚サクラ

And there are so many nice Sakura spots nearby.
