La cama nos resultó incómoda y tuvimos un problema con el nivel de cloro en la piscina. Fuimos a la piscina y el segundo día tuvimos que salir porque nos picaba la piel. Al llegar a la habitación vimos que nuestros trajes de baño estaban descoloridos. Al día siguiente quisimos hablar con el personal de recepción para decirlo antes de marchar pero no había nadie. Les mandamos mensajes al teléfono que había en recepción para comunicarse con ellos y no contestaron hasta las 18:57 de la tarde. Nos dijeron que eran conscientes de que a veces pasaba eso cuando hacía mucho calor y se ofrecieron a reembolsarnos una parte de la factura. Lo lógico sería cerrar la piscina o avisar si saben que puede ocurrir esto cuando hay mucho calor.

Dans l’ensemble je suis satisfait car je n y ai dormi que 2 jours . Donc si c est de passage ok mais je ne conseille pas
Pros:

La chambre jolie et confortable. Il y a quelques places de parking devant l hôtel. On peu accéder au centre historique à pieds mais prudence car il faut longer la national et les automobilistes roulent vites. Le personnel est sympa.

Cons:

Les photos de Booking ne reflète plus la réalité. Un peu vieillissant ou dégradé. Le wc et l ´évier étaient propres par contre les carrelages et égouttage de la douche sont sales de moisissures. Le plafond de la salle de bain grisâtre . Le ventilateur d aération sale.

Gute Lage nahe der berühmten Brücke, Parkplätze vorhanden, nettes Personal. Für eine Nacht völlig ok.

Cons:

Leider nicht sehr sauber (sehr staubig), außerdem hatte das (sehr veraltete Badezimmer) einen wirklich unangenehmen Geruch. Die Sauberkeit führt leider dazu, dass wir uns nicht so besonders wohlgefühlt haben.

Doslovno sve.
Prvo RECEPCIJA NO COMENT nisu pristupačni uopće nije ih bilo kad smo ih trebali za neke upite rade ko da su prisiljeni čisto reda radi.
Na kraju check outa nismo dobili niti račun da je plaćeno.
Parking lokacija jako glupo napravljeno odma s brze ceste da se parkira
Što se tiće sobe utičnica za sušilo za kosu uopće ne radi. Osoblje ni jednom nije donijelo toaletni papir niti promjenilo posteljinu niti čiste ručnike.
Ostaci od prije žvaka u kutu do kreveta je ostavljena na podu.
Da se osvrnemo i na wellness od početke recepcije se čuje miris tj više smrad klora a da ne govorim u samome bazenu gušenje da ne možeš disati. Na slici na bookingu uopće ne izgleda onako uživo izgledao je ruzinav bazen. Puno klora i koža nam je sva otišla presuha je i na dodir je prehapava.Ulazak je u samu saunu jako kritičan i vrata skoro što nisu ispala.
