Cons:

Atendente não solicita, não informou coisas básicas, cheiro muito forte de cigarro, pedi quarto não fumante. Tudo demorado. Horários informados de café não coincidem. Perdi 2h de tempo esperando um café. Mesmo ligando desde as 7h pois tinha compromisso às 9:30h

Algumas coisas ficaram à desejar...
Pros:

Custo - benefício, da TV 70"" e da hidromassagem.

Cons:

No quarto que eu fiquei (n° 55) a porta de vidro não tinha chave (fechadura) e nem trinco por dentro, me senti um tanto quanto desconfortável com isso.

Ah, e o corredor onde passam as funcionárias (bem rente a parede do meu quarto) em um determinado momento da minha hospedagem as funcionárias estavam conversando muito alto (me incomodei com isso também).

Sem falar no (menu) cardápio, tudo um ABSURDO DE CARO. Tive que pedir um ifood (entrega).
