Motel 6 Baltimore MD

I am not a high-maintenance traveler by any means, and rarely leave reviews, but this motel was an absolute nightmare. We ended up packing up and driving 30 minutes out of the city just to feel safe and clean.
The red flags started at check-in.The entrance is tiny, and I had to wait outside for 20 minutes. While waiting outside, I was harassed and catcalled by people loitering right at the door. Once inside, the front desk clerk took my ID, ignored me for 10 minutes, and then just disappeared into the back. I wanted to leave right then, but he had my ID. There were literal signs posted saying "no refunds even if it's only been 10-15 mins"—which tells you everything you need to know about the rooms. When I asked where to park, the clerk gave a deeply unsettling response about how he's "always watching and always here," which completely creeped me out given the sketchy people yelling outside.
The room itself was revolting. The nauseating, musty smell hits you immediately—it was so overpowering we couldn't even stomach eating or drinking in there. There were long black hairs everywhere, including hanging off the stained towels and bedding. We didn’t even feel comfortable using the washroom. I wanted a shower after a full day of traveling but that was a hard pass. The bed was like a brick with paper-thin pillows, the room was full of flies, and there wasn't even a mini-fridge.
We immediately booked another place and left. When we tried to return the key card, the front desk guy who claimed to "always be watching" was completely MIA, so we just tossed the card through the hole in the security glass and ran. Spend the extra money and stay literally anywhere else.

Cockroaches, rats.....

My room was close to a trash can so I encountered flies in my room. Staff was not prepared when I asked for towels and wash clothes there were none. I went a whole day without having any and had to go out and buy my own wash clothes and soap.the AC barley worked i was hot the whole time they tried to over charge when I needed to stay another day thank God I went back on booking.com and got a cheaper price they need to put on the web site about the deposit

Everything. Roaches everywhere. I never slept, I waited up until morning so I could get a booking somewhere else. Extremely uncomfortable and felt like a very dangerous location.
