Best location on Gilli Meno
Pros:

So many good features! I decided to upgrade from a room to lovely spacious beach bungalow. Very comfortable - small details that were often missing in my tables around Indonesia 🇮🇩 were bedside lamps (with dimmer controls), plenty of bedside plugs for easy device recharging, and controls for interior and exterior lights. I also loved the nicely cushioned and really comfy daybed on my bungalow terrace - perfect for shaded siesta time! The team of staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome 🙏 at every stage - they are lovely. The stunning beachfront location is enhanced with a fabulous supply of comfortable sunbeds with a wide range of well spaced seating options. I was there for five nights and one night they did a movie on the beach and another night an excellent live music singer and musicians entertained us at a beach BBQ. The adults only nature of the resort gives advantages of calm and peace that you especially will appreciate in high season when you discover in other resorts that so many parents do not discipline their children to have any awareness that screaming and shouting really isn’t fair to other guests.

Cons:

Although the ‘egg station’ at breakfast could make superb omelettes to order the rest of the cooking during the day would only achieve a good - not excellent! It’s not a major issue as a walk in either direction gives you easy access to alternatives. Another small issue is to be prepared that salt water and chemicals mix in the lovely swimming pool means there is a smell that you have to adjust to - but, you can understand their challenges on a small island where water is so precious! Neither of these things would stop me returning there though

Hotel metido en la arena con servicios estupendos para relajarte al 100%
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, estás literalmente metido en la arena y en una zona donde poder ver tortugas desde la orilla. El personal fue lo que más nos gustó, especialmente queremos destacar la profesionalidad y el buen hacer de Echo y Dani. Puedes comer en las hamacas y te facilitan todo lo posible. El desayuno es buffet bastante completo. Nosotros comimos y cenamos los 3 días en el Hotel y el menú es variado aunque la cantidad es un poco justa.
Puedes ver amaneceres y atardeceres increíbles.

Cons:

Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma importante. La ducha no funcionaba bien y se inhundaba cada vez que te duchabas. El pasillo de nuestra habitación no tenía nada de luz. Tienen que cuidar más la limpieza.
No tiene que ver con el hotel, pero es importante saber que la playa está llena de corales muertos que van saliendo del mar.

Ich habe selten so einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt! Vielen lieben Dank. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel, das Meer ist ein Traum, mit unter der schönste Strand auf der Insel, denkt nur an Badelatschen.
Lasst euch von den negativen Kommentaren nicht beeinflussen, ich war zu Beginn auch etwas skeptisch, aber hier ist es wundervoll!

Buena atención, pésima infraestructura

Era un lugar muy pacífico, tenía excelentes vistas y la atención al cliente era buenísima

Cons:

Fueron decepcionante las instalaciones, llegamos y la cama estaba con manchas rojas, la pieza estaba media sucia, el aire acondicionado se echo a perder dos veces, la ducha salía hirviendo o no salía nada. No es tan barato para que se de este nivel de infraestructura. La piscina le faltan mosaicos, estaba rota. Nos tuvimos que ir dos días antes por la incomodidad y no nos dieron ninguna solución, más que cambiarnos a otra pieza (son todas iguales) la reserva de booking ya estaba pagada, pero francamente deberían evaluar que si la experiencia del cliente fue mala, que haya algún tipo de devolución por falsa publicidad (bajo ningún concepto es un resort)

Pros:

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, iedereen maakte een praatje met ons, vooral Wan was erg betrokken bij ons. Dit heeft ons verblijf heel fijn gemaakt. Ook de locatie, wauw. De bungalows op het strand zijn echt fantastisch. Je loopt zo naar turtle point om te snorkelen met heel veel schildpadden en voor het hotel is er mooi koraal en veel vissen.

Séjour trop long un peu décevant !

Situation en bord de mer bungalow indépendant vue mer. Le personnel très sympathique et serviable

Cons:

La piscine dégageait une forte odeur de moisi et non de chlore comme le disait un membre du personnel, je ne m’y suis baignée qu’une seule fois ! Nous sommes restés 9 jours sur place, il fallait payer pour emprunter des palmes même pour 20 mn. Les accès à l’hôtel par un chemin boueux et en très mauvais état surtout lorsqu’il a plu très désirables.

Great Location and Good Value for Money
Pros:

The location is undoubtedly the hotel’s greatest asset. The beach in front of the property is, in our opinion, the best on Gili Meno and perfect for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the island’s natural beauty. We also enjoyed the restaurant, where the food was consistently good. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Considering the price, the hotel offers good value for money.

Cons:

The hotel could benefit from some renovation and modernization. While it is comfortable enough, a refurbishment would significantly improve the overall experience and could easily make it a top-rated hotel on the island. We also missed having a hair dryer in the room, which would be a useful addition.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to travellers looking for a great beachfront location at a reasonable price.

Personnel très aimable et aux petits soins avec nous (mention spéciale pour Dani, Ilham et Aimen), endroit magnifique très calme et reposant, nourriture excellente.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.
